    This makes total sense, I have a c1 thats been out of place for quite some time that gave me A LOT of issues through out my body.Started lifting weights with an emphasis on my upper back muscles and there's a definite improvement.

      @Floyd. B Dumbell Chest Supported rows is by far the most effective one, bringing the dumbells more forward and not the your sides and rowing the up to your shoulders with emphasis on engaging your scapula feels like a chiropractor adjustment to me!Everything else ai do just supplements that

      @@robram6587that’s interesting. I wonder how does that help the neck considering it’s an exercise for the back. I mean, a strong back can contribute to an overall stability of the spine, but to the point that it fixes cervical instability? Maybe the neck is also trained during the exercise idk. Did you manage to cure your instability?

    I was recommended stretching in the sub oxipital area, it would mess me up bad for days

      That could be a sign of upper cervical instability, or it could be a sign of an entrapped nerve that is getting more irritated with your specific stretches.

    but seriously, if you have C1-C2 instability go see a regenerative doctor like Dr.Drew FAST, or you might get brain or neural damage you can't recover from due to not enough blood flow to the brain and neuron cells death . I know the pain.

    Are you able to treat out of towners who will only be there for one day and what parts of what’s done are covered by insurance??

    • @DrewTimmermansND

      We dont work with any insurance providers, and patients need to be out here for longer than 1 day. Most of the time patients are out here 3-5 days. Please call our clinic at 480 508 4226 if you'd like to learn more about this process

    Hi sir. I have neck pain and spasms with tinnitus and dizziness for 1.5 year . Is this mean cervical instability? What is the treatment please?

    • @DrewTimmermansND
      @DrewTimmermansND  Před 10 měsíci

      It potentially could be cervical instability. We would need to see you in our clinic to do our medical workup to figure out what's going on. If it is, our approach focuses on PRP or stem cell injections, physical therapy, supplements and peptides.

      These physicians look at you like you’re nuts when you mention DMX, they think you’re talking about the rapper. They can be so pigeonholed into one way of thinking that they’re not willing to look at any other areas except to write you a prescription for pills. I’m looking for a DMX in the Chicagoland area.

    What is a regenerative Dr and what do they do?

    • @DrewTimmermansND
      @DrewTimmermansND  Před 10 měsíci

      We are doctors who utilize injections such as platelet rich plasma and stem cell therapy to help stimulate repair and regeneration of tissues (tendons, ligaments, cartilage, etc.). We help people who are suffering in chronic pain by using these approaches.
