I am grateful you saved the comfort quilt & pray it makes it in loving hands. My husband is a retired Marine & sustained injuries in Afghanistan & Iraq. We have 11 comfort quilts that were gifted to us while he was recovering. I keep a few a time draped over a quilt rack in our hallway as we enter the master suite. I rotate them out from time to time. I look at them daily, touch them often & at times i wrap myself up in one. My husband has had several surgeries since recovering & I take two with us, cover myself with one & him too after his surgery and in recovery. I cherish every single one of them.

They sell teacups here in Williamsburg, VA, Craft House, original Colonial Williamsburg Reproductions, with the “filter” like your coffee mug. We were always taught they did that to avoid liquids getting into mens beards and mustaches!
Needless to say, those reproductions are VERY pricey.

Oh my….OH MY. !!! What finds … that PULLEY for one! Then the Terrarium….gorgeous is black ! The caddy with the Bottles, the big Galvanized bucket….love the transformation on that !!! You have mastered those “patinas and waxes”…. The TEA letters look fabulous !
The Veterans Quilt..☹️… My 84 year old neighbor makes a red/white & blue hand stitched quilt for every Military man and woman in our town! They are amazing! I suppose if there was no family member to pass it down to…I can’t Imagine getting rid of it. My Dad was in WW2 and we had his Army WOOL Blanket. My nephew who was named after my Dad got it. Where he lives they had flooding and it got swept away 😢 I know everyone has different opinions on keeping items, etc. BUT some items are just more worthy! Especially the work that goes into a quilt !
LOVE how the Canister set came out and those risers !!! I get those wood disc/rounds that are 6” ( I think that is the size ) and they fit perfect on the big pickle jars that restaurants get ! Now I think I want a knob on the top of mine ! LOL!!
Another wonderful, gorgeous upcycling video Yvonne !

I had thrifted a few "purple" bottles also and when I washed them, all the "color" washed away. I was upset. I bought them because of the color. But, I will use them in a different way. I really like the black candlesticks with the wood grain tops. The combination is very appealing. Thanks for sharing!

The pully I used a shelf brackets to hang from the sealing and thread a hang light cord with a glass shade. Very industrial look.

Wow, Yvonne! You have really gotten so good using the patinas! I always think they look so odd and out of place when they first go on. But by the time you have finished blending them all together, they look AMAZING! And so realistic! You have the touch! I especially loved the sun (which, btw, did nothing for me until you used the patina!) and the little girl and boy. And yes, those eyes were very creepy until you filled them in! Nice job on everything! xo

Hello, Yvonne. Another great haul! I love your channel! The pottery mug "thingy" inside is actually for drinking coffee/tea for those who have a moustache. I started collecting "moustache mugs" and then gave up, as my hubby said, "Nah". Lol

On the metal bucket to age it, buy The Works toilet cleaner from Dollar Tree. Take it outside on a sunny day and apply the cleaner to it with a cloth. (Make sure to wear gloves) Let it sit around 8 to 12 hours in between coats, apply as many coats as it takes to reach the look you want, then clear coat to protect. It will look so good!

Loved all of these! Hard to choose. But definitely loved the copper on boy/girl and the patina ones. Love what you do!

I really loved the canister! I live in Mason and me and my mother in law are planning a day trip to go to your booth. You take so much time and do such a good job.
