Hi. Thank you so much for doing this beginner series! It’s been so helpful to a beginner such as myself. I’m not sure if you have plans to do this but could you do a video on tips for cutting fabric? For example, I went to the store and bought a yard of fabric to make a scarf but besides the salvage edge, none of the edges were straight. Thanks so much!

Hi, I have a request. I am greatly inspired by your videos and want to get sewing. I don't have a sewing machine at the moment and wondered if you can provide some pointers on how to choose a good machine. I have used pretty old sewing machines, the last time was about 20 years ago, but now I would like to buy a good quality midrange machine that won't let me down. Any advice or recommendations would be very welcome. Thank you.

Hello, I have a video that will be out after this series of videos showing firstly what I recommend when it comes to sewing machines and then another video on sewing machines I recommend under £350, I filmed this with a sewing machine shop. It will hopefully help? I will also have videos in higher price points (it depends on your budget), but we have had to re-film these because the sewing machines on a number of brands have changed.
