This week's auto repair I will be restoring a Honda Pilot rear door by using hot glue. I will need perfection when using my PDR and body repair tools and techniques. I will use a 15 second setup time then pulling 15 times to get this panel straight. The dent came out so nice the customer wasn't sure if he would repaint it a later day or just touch it up.

I’d have touched that up - I’m very averse to paint; you can always tell.

Another job well done. I prefer Cam Auto glue for big tabs and the Burro Cactus green for smaller ones.

Great work. Our bread and butter is collision work. We've been in business since 1963, Walker Body Shop & Towing, a lot of passed down knowledge. In the past few years we've adapted to PDR techniques for faster repairs and saving panels where old school methods just don't apply anymore. Great videos. Tab Weld is our favorite.

I love my Metal Medic Mega Green for Florida heat. If there is a lot of shade the black from amazon works very well. My customers would be very happy with that repair. You truly understand metal and movement. It must take years and years of experience to understand it that well.

🔴I am from Russia before I started watching your informative videos, I only changed many body parts, but now, after only half a year, my level of repair without painting has grown so much that I need to expand the premises and recruit people to help, since I simply do not have time from the influx clients. peace to your home
Very useful info and techniques. I've been trying to use more of these methods in the body shop where I work. Major time savers for me. Eventually would like to pivot into more PDR work. Less mud and sanding. Keep the videos coming, and thank you.

My everyday glue is Cactus Green or Hawg Orange. I’d definitely live with touch up on that edge. Amazing repair BTW 💪🏼👊🏼

I just recently got into the glue pulling at first I was using Amazon glue then I went to the Gorilla Glue no I'm using the pink glue from Black Plague but I need to get me some of that tab weld that you just used on this vehicle awesome work keep it up learning a lot from your videos

Great video as always.
I would do a touch up instead of an expensive refinish.
Touch up paint and using a razor blade as a squeegee followed up by wet sand and buff/polish can work as well as a refinishing the panel.

Another amazing work as always, Clark. Tab Weld is my favourite hot glue although I use Burro Cactus Green, Hawg and Tequila, too, and Blackplage, Tequila and Keco are my favourite tabs to work GPR. In my opinion, all of them work really really well. I look forwad to watch your next video soon. Cheers!

The glue I use is flex camauto , and for the dent that you pulled so awesome, I would use touch up paint and not worry about painting the whole panel
