Hey, don't say that. Consider it a call to make it on your own! The key is the nuoc mam... Easy to mix with simple ingredients. There are only maybe a bazillion simple recipes on yt for it. Then, you get your greens! Leaf lettuce, cilantro, mint leaves, you can put whatever in, it's the freshness that counts. From there, you can go full on rice paper wrap for some beautiful summer rolls, get your rice noodles, and make a roll or a bowl. The sky's the limit. For me, it's that beautiful sweet fish sauce, the fresh accompanying ingredients, [also things like cucumber and carrots], and which protein you wish, if any at all. I love a nice fried tofu here. 😋 Sorry to ramble, lol, I'm passionate about this food, it's got one of the GREATEST flavor profiles on earth. Top five for me. ✌️❤😊
