I have been learning 540 round kick already year, many learning videos i have seen. You covered many my mistakes i did in this video. Thank you a lot. I decided looking through just this video and will master 540 at last.
I use to use the floor to push off (with the striking foot) into a 45 degree TKD spin and land 540 sidekick to midsection. Ended a fight during a test with that kick when testing for my red stripe. The momentum, the spin, then using your glutes and leg muscles - its devistating, easily break boards/ribs with this kick.

no..they have trained their leg to kick...I also thought like what you think 4 years ago...I tried 4 years ago and im yellow belt and I give up....after 4 years and I focused trained my jump and basic kick and I see this video again and I try how to do step by step and woah I can do it too now..
Are they really Black belters? coz, there are some that can't do turning 45 and turning long. Not to brag or anything I'm a white belter and I can do those stuff. :D
Kazuma Ogawa Janmark Ahig It is true that a belt means nothing but these kicks are flashy kicks used for demonstration. Just because they can't do certain kicks does not make them terrible martial artists. They have much more experience in patterns, breaking and sparring then you guys do and that's why they have black belts.
+Stan Kix actually im in the same boat as him(I cant do it as of yet) but I think it is quite doable. although he probably should tke into consideration he is probably quite the athletic person

yes...i need stretch about 2 month and can do 540 hook and 540 kick easily...but some people can do 540 hook kick but the form is bad...

360 + 360 = 720. This its 720 kick, not 540...
JayXun74 No. You are wrong. This is 540 spinning hook kick. 720 ends with round house kick.
