LaMelo Ball joins Anthony Mason as the only players in Hornets history to record a 30 PT triple-double. Ball’s occurred in regulation while Mason’s occurred in an overtime game:

The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Charlotte Hornets, 124-118 tonight in Dallas. Luka Doncic contributed a team-high 23 points to go with 12 rebounds and 9 assists, with Kyrie Irving adding an additional 18 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists in the game. LaMelo Ball scored 23 points in the 4th quarter and finished with a team-high 30 points along with 13 assists, and 10 rebounds for his tenth career triple-double. The Mavericks improve their record to 5-1 with the win, while the Hornets fall to 2-4 for the season.
