It’s good and all Lamelo isn’t afraid to shoot a 3 as it opens up for the better parts of his game finishing around the rim, driving making floaters etc but Lamelo needs to cut his 3 point attempts out by 30 to 40 percent. Yeah, he’s shown games where he gets hot from deep, but let’s be real here, he isn’t anywhere close to Steph from 3. Not saying Lamelo is a bad 3 point shooter by any means. He still needs to shoot them and have that in his bag. I’m just saying he should lay off them a little.. He went 12/28 FG 2/9 from 3point and 11/12 FT. I’d like to see stay around 6 threes point attempts per game. Lamelo did a lot of other stuff on the court too as usual, I’d just like to see him cut back on his 3s is all. I know it’s early, but if they ever did make the playoffs, teams would defend the hornets style of play right now so easily…
