If you have a sedentary job, regular activity is a must. Not only for looks but also health (including bedroom performance). It doesn't have to be gym, you can go for a walk for 30 minutes a days at least or do some bodyweight exercises at home. They say sitting all day is worse for health than smoking...
Secondly put aside time for (islamic) education every day. Even if it is 15 minutes. And I don't mean youtube videos but read a tafsir for example. Many sisters will tell you education is attractive. Don't ask me how I know but some women even have a "professor" fantasy.
Thirdly have a "mission" in life. Women also will tell you this is an attractive feature and they are annoyed by men who live like a tree without purpose. If you don't know try to find it. It can be something simple even like practicing one sunnah everyday or attending the mosque 5x a day or being the assigned muezzin or being a hafith of Qur'an (Even if its only 3 Juz) just set yourself a goal and work towards it like you were created to do this.
You can get a wife easily from Muslim countries.
I have foot drop disability in my legs and from 2016 I started looking for a wife, in he process I got to talk to many many families. I was forward and Muslim Matrimony was very helpful website for me. Alot of the women rejected me and that rejection was not due to the disability for the most part, that was due to having no secure and proper and regular income.
But I made lots of Duas and stuck to my principles and eventually got to meet my wife who would accept me with my disability and low income. The first 3 years were rough but later it was Allah who gave me better finances from where I could not imagine.
Finding a wife who had her own set of struggles helped.
And you need to prefer her Deen over her looks.

I think men are not performing because the age of urgency to perform has significantly increased. I see man waking up in their mid twenties including myself to the realization of wanting to get married. Always had the expection that marriage was just going to happen without performing. But coming to th realization that that's not the case, especially in a marriage. How to build of this weak society? How to make men perform earlier rather than later. Most boys game l, honestly the biggest time waste I think. A solution is Nessescary. ( sorry for the vague English, it's late)
