We was hit from the rear, and all 17 of us got whiplash
Maybe his âfirm on solicitorsâ havenât got a clue what heâs waffling on about and gave up on him, because I lost the plot when Daniel had to ask the same question for a 4th time
In simple, in driving accident, if the other person do not admit, you have no chance. If you have video showing then may be. Otherwise police will not bother.
In this country people are crazy, i drive ÂŁ 90,000, , one car driver driving ÂŁ 850 car, saying i hit his car..idot, police came, police started laughing
@muhammadfezanamjad9836 What do the police have to do with it? It's a civil matter - not relevant
Not sure the caller was even driving đđ
This is very fishy.
Does this video come with subtitles because I canât understand a word the caller is saying ?
I struggled but I could understand most of it.
Iâm 100% sure though that the first 10-20 seconds were not in English. No way

@@Matthew-bu7fg I can hear the words, but I canât understand the accent.
@@darkzentai7417 some of the words do not exist in the English language.
Actually I could understand the word âAksâ which I know means Ask in the black community (have no idea why).
It wasnât any African accent familiar. I understand all of them
The guy on the call didn't sound like he had a clue what was going on and was passing the blame onto his legal representation.
Iâm not being funny mate, but what the hell is he supposed to do when they are doing absolutely nothing to help him, and actually wash their hands of the whole thing itâs a shambles
He said its a massive law firm ... there's no chance you get to be a massive law firm if you can't deal with an open and shut case.
â@@skumar1993completely agree. Before I even watched I thought you don't generally get to be solicitor if you're a buffon.
If it's a rear end shunt, how is it not their fault? Unless your brake lights were out? Either they were driving too fast or driving without due care. And Daniel, in my experience, the SRA are utterly useless!
@@skumar1993yeah, also he said it was taken on a no win, no fee basis. Why wouldnât the firm want to take it on if they thought there was decent money to be made? They get ÂŁ0 by dropping it. So thereâs no incentive for them to do this. I feel also he doesnât really know whatâs going onâŠ
