Easily, Storm, since he is the only spirit capable of doing entire-map pickoffs on the spot. And to even see those potential pickoffs, let alone execute them without failing, will take many hours of practice and understanding the mana.

I feel like I didn't learn anything. Basically you are saying I need to practice to get good. No mechanical gameplay explained except the "vortex" combo. You say storm has a high skill ceiling unlike most heroes. WHAT have you been smoking? Half the heroes have high skill ceiling, you just need to play other heroes to realize this.

just pick it... learn how to fight against your counter , there is Midone gameplay picking storm against AM .. he rape the AM lel
