The interview went phenomenal but unfortunately I didn’t get the job.
I'm not fond of traditional Q&A interviews. I have given hundreds of interviews in my career and I've learned that a more conversational, less Q&A based interview will produce far better results in learning the things I really wanted to learn about an applicant. If done correctly, you should know within a few minutes if this is the right applicant or not. Sometimes quicker.

Great video. Highly appreciate. But one thing would like to remind. When it comes to logistics workflow, you only highlighted the downstream part wich is customer aspect of logistics. But very important other part is upstream supply chain. Which means connecting your organization with raw material suppliers effectively. When it comes to entire supply chain you have to highlight both upstream & downstream supply chain parts. Logistic is part of the supply chain & supply chain is the biggest one. 💕🐾

about to go into my 2nd interview with mlb logistics and inventory, this is great foundation for me, a bit too advance so ill be toning it down a little. 20 years old, this is my first real interview wish me luck, this would open awesome doors

Anytime I apply for a job I use his videos. some of the answers I shorten so I want talk to long because I hate interviews! I don’t understand why we can’t just be ourselves because all jobs train so why make us go through all of this
Do be yourself and honest, just take inspiration and learn how you can best portray your skills from these answers :)
These answers are like essay PhD answers. You say all that in an interview if you’re applying for like a CEO. I’m just a normal guy I can’t talk like this
Practice makes perfect my friend. You don't have to speak as articulate as Richard, just practice and reiterate some of what he is saying. Piggyback ride some of his answers and combine some of what you think is best to say during the interview and you will do fine. You don't have to sound perfect. Just clean and concise so that it sends a message to the interviewer that you came prepared.

Yes u can ... I believe in you ...TRY IT OUT !!
you don't want to come off as robotic or forced. You'll come off as cold and inauthentic. But you want to at least use some colorful wording to show the hiring manager that you're smart enough to form complete sentences without slang. You want to have some conviction and energy about you because that will be an indicator of your ethic. Throw in some light hearted "dad meeting another dad for the first time" type "jokes". I personally hate that kind of humor because its dull, but office people love it and will make you appear more like-able. At the end of the day all you're doing in convincing the interviewer that you're reliable, know the job, and are someone they can get along with. That's all it is.

As a hiring manager for a very large 3PL, I have asked a few of these questions but some I m wondering if its a European style interview since we in the US doing things a lot different ... example:( What you think you would like about working in logistics, and what would you dislike ?) Thinking about this one I never saw this one anywhere
