Its about getting that spot, US residency is free of cost unlike in India we need to pay for the colleges every year, and while doing residency you get paid which is a bonus point, Another important point is you need to publish research papers and must have US clinical clerkships, while doing clerkships you need to get letter of recommendation from the US. It is about your personality and how clear are your concepts are and how can you apply them in real or practical life, unlike most of the exams in India which are mostly based on how much you can remember, and you equal opportunities, unless you are physically handicapped that is the only reason you get some margin of relaxation but you can still be a doctor depending on you skills and not on your marks.

Yes sir.im demotivated because i heard some cardiologists saying even after cracking usmle top cources are offered to the nationalities and only one or two cources are given to indian fellows..in india even here is a probability that i can get a pg from my desired branch.

Sir, the level of questions for usmle- what are they like in comparison to our national level exams? Tough or similar ?

Usmle questions are mostly clinical based , which indeed is a negative impact for Indian students , we will have to dig deeper and make sure that we have gone through every aspect of a respective topic ,
