Shadow Rank Initiate IV in less than 10 Seconds

In this Video, I show how it literally takes less than 10 seconds to instantly reach Shadow Rank Initiate IV. The reason I made this video is because, I'm still seeing players that are still Initiate I, II and III.
If members of your clan cant even take 10 seconds to do this simple task to help your clan, then you should consider removing them, as these members serve no purpose in your clan and are taking up precious space for potentially adding new active players. To achieve maximum efficiency on Clan Marks, ALL Clan members should be no less than Initiate IV.

I thought 10% increased marks is now automatic. I don't know why it is still in the options

We can only wish Blizzard would be so nice to it's players lol. I just selected that as my Dark Clan advantage when we unlocked Rank 1. Clan leaders should always select
"Leaps and Bounds 10% increased Marks earned by Dark Clan members" if not, then they lose out on this buff.
