The taxpayer is sentenced to pay the state for the upkeep of this jihadi for the rest of his natural life.
The taxpayer defendant is ordered to pay for appropriate accommodation, utilities, breakfast lunch and dinner, healthcare, dental care, legal representation to ensure the jihadi's rights are protected, exercise facilities, TV, air-conditioning, clothes, free laundry services, footwear, library facilities, etc. and ensure that the prisoner's religious needs are met and respected for the entirety of the inmate's lifetime.
