    I think a sort of snickers-version would be great as well for peanut butter lovers.
    1½ cups rolled oats
    1 cup peanut butter instead of dates
    1/4 honey if you prefer.
    1-2 tsp cocoa powder
    ½ cup chocolate chips if you prefer a crunchy taste
    If you prefer real peanuts you can add them.

    Make this yesterday and its delicious. For people who want to bake it, you can put it inside over for 15-20min until golden brown. Then let it cool on room temperature. Put it inside the fridge for one hour and the you can cut it into a small pieces. If you cut it before you put inside fridge, it will break apart. Remember you are using dates.

  • @TheSerafinaRose
    @TheSerafinaRose Před 9 lety +3

    I made these today with the dried fruits and nuts I had around the house and they were so yummy! I soaked my dates for 2 minutes because mine seemed a little dry and then blitzed them in my food processor with honey and some vanilla. I put it all in my standmixer and it came together in no time at all! I'm really excited about this recipe because I need a healthy, easy, yummy snack for my long days at university. I hope you make a follow up video with even more versions!

    I tried making the chocolate granola bar but with the following variations:
    1. I used truffle chocolate cut into small pieces instead of chocolate chips.
    2. I used walnuts instead of hazelnuts since the latter have a lot of calories in them.
    Just a small tip, to ease out the making of date paste, mix honey and dates and then blend them so as to make the paste finer and easier to mix in the whole mixture.
    It turned out super delicious! Thank you.

    Can't wait to try the last recipe because then I can see what Nutella actually tastes like without heading to the ER afterwards. LoL I'm highly allergic to tree nuts (hazel nuts) so I'm glad I can sub the hazel nuts with almonds. I just learned recently that what we've grown up knowing as "nuts" are actually legumes. Pistachios are on that list too. All three recipes look like winners, I may just have to go crazy and try all three! Thanks so much for posting/sharing. 😋

I know I can look up celcius with a converter but it would be great to hear it in the video. Just something I've noticed, as with many many other food youtubers. Tomisha Moore peanut butter or even better, tahini would make it less sweet i believe. She has other recipes where she uses pb instead.

    The last one if you use almonds you could add coconut and it'd be almost like an almond joy
