- Don Potter is one of the most amazing Musicians and Prophetic Worship leaders I had the privilege to have encountered at a Morningstar Worship and Warfare Conference in April 1997. What I found so attractive about Don was that did not attract any focus onto himself but he focused everyone on Jesus through his sensitivity to Holy Spirit in his prophetic ministry. He made it very clear that our worship is for the audience of one alone, it is only for Jesus.
This video is from a Morningstar conference in Jacksonville Florida during 1996/97. Although this was about 18 years ago it is still such an amazing inpartation to and release for musicians and worship leaders in the Kingdom of God today.
My husband and I were there at this concert it was awesome!! They broke the bonds of "religion"for sure! Making it clear "it's all about JESUS and NOT man-made traditions.
The anointing still is powerful through this video! It's now 2018, 10 years later! Glory to God! Hallelujah!

So awesome!!!! I was there that night and received the commission to play my instrument for the Lords Glory! At the time I only knew about 3 chords and now 20 years later I’m still worshipping on my guitar and writing worship songs! Thank you for sharing!!!✨🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✨

Bronwyn Gavin I’m from Daytona beach. I was at both heart of david conferences also. Now my Dad lives about 5 minutes from Morningstar ministries in fort mills S.C. and I go up about once a year. Such good times, I miss those conferences at new life so much

I was around when this was happening. The most incredibly anointed worship of the day and for all time. The Warfare Album fought many battles. We need more worshippers like this now! We are still worshipping to this all these years.

Thank you for posting this! I listen to it often to enter into personal worship! My 15 yr old son also enjoys it. Such a true Spirit led worship tme.
Please, please, please, if you have any more anointed worship times like this upload them. They are needed to commission many Sons right now. I also saw recommissioning happening in the same manner the US Navy brought back Battleships some decades ago which had been mothballed.

Something New ........ I would love to upload what I have. However, I don't know how to do any of that. My computer doesn't have alot of space (you get what you pay for), I don't have a vhs player any more. If I had to know how and a way, I would upload every single video!!
Seek out a young techy at your church. It's not that hard for a techy at all and he could also give you the knowledge on how to make it a DVD from your computer

Thanks for the upload! I was born and raised going to New Life. My dad was a pastor there for years, and I remember being at this conference as a young child.

Wait for the Lord to open your eyes of understanding. I thought the same thing for years as I kept coming back to this, but now I can see what His Spirit is doing in this and I am amazed and blessed by it.

‘Modern Praise & Worship’ Just isn’t the same, and I’d prefer this all day long. The ‘Big 4’ bands just don’t do it for me.
You really need to be careful around Charismatic Churches because it may be a mix of new age stuff . Thank God he gave the discerning of spirits to the church .
What are you trying to say Edge??? This experience is hard to find because the "quote discerning" do nothing but sit back with their agenda and NEVER experience this. Discernment is given to us to pray not to judge. God bless you
I discern a song that calls out worshippers with musical talent to be transparent so only JESUS is glorified, to not seek audience but with ONE, to submit to authority GOD has put over musicians and not to cause rebellion. If this is demonic, praising JESUS, then I'm afraid you've been following a denomination and not YESHUA/JESUS

@@seanjohnbull1670 Many times the enemy will make us believe everything we see and hear come from the Spirit of God .The enemy looks to infiltrate our churches and make the body of Christ ineffective. I'm not perfect but those spirits have no place in my walk with God. Remember that many people picked up the Kundalini spirit from the Toronto Blessing thinking that it was God.
These people are deceived, that is not the spirit of God on them, they are being filled with evil spirits, demons. I, at one time thought this was God's spirit, it is NOT of God. I pray that all these people will have their eyes opened to see the truth.
Please understand that when you make such a strong negative claim, it is best to provide reasons behind you claim. Please elaborate. I hope it isn't because you at one point in your life experienced some personal pain that you are blaming on God. God Bless You.

This reminds me of the days of the church on the rock in Dallas. This is so rare in the church today because they have their 3 to 5 songs, take up an offering and a 30 to 40 minute sermon.. kingschild (i hope) step out in faith and find a church like this or one like it and experience what the true anointing is. Get rid of your fear and pride and I promise that you will be touched in a great way. Remember that the carnal mind cannot comprehend the Spiritual things of God.
