  • about 4 years ago, I started to question everything I've been told, and decided to research varying things.
one of those things, was what we are told about diet/nutrition etc.
I found lots of evidence to suggest, and indeed prove, that we are being lied to about what foods are healthy/bad for us.
please watch the video, then go do your own research. I am not a scientist/doctor or nutritionist, but I can research things, and can smell BS a mile off. happy watching 👍🏻

I've currently on a journey on this topic too, turns out weve been 'misinfotmed' about many things. Meat, it turns out, can be good for you, especially if its unprocessed. It's sugar and carbs that are the real killers. Oh, and cholesterol is needed by the body and is in fact produced by it! Lots still to learn, but, as you said, we have been lied to on many levels for financial gain and other nefarious motives by the powers that be.

Absolutely, we all have much to learn, but we're getting there, stay free buddy 👍🏻

My parents and grandparents all used beef dripping and butter along with full fat milk and all of them lived into their 90’s. I remember my dad saying years ago to never use seed oils or take any notice of the so called health experts. I ditched all these oils a while back and took their advice and now food tastes so much better.

Food Definitely tastes far better 👍🏻 I've suffered from a schatzki ring (scar tissue restricting the diameter of my esophagus) caused by acid reflux over the years, as well as taking apple cider vinegar, I stopped consuming seed oils, ever since, I've had hardly any heart burn and my food no longer gets stuck like it used to. I stopped taking pharmaceutical products as well, and I feel much better for it......and real chips have never tasted better lol. Thanks for watching and commenting, much appreciated 😊

Love it! Wonder how MCT oil would go. Besides being very expensive. McDonald's Australia used to cook their fries in beef tallow.

Yeah, apparently all MC Donald's used to use beef tallow until they were pressured into changing to "vegetable" oil. I remember MC Donald's fries being really nice years ago, they're definitely not the same now. Their salt even has 3 ingredients in it now 🤣... surely the only ingredient in salt should be...well...salt?!

I’ve just bought what looks like the same fryer today from Morrisons and was just about to return after reading the instructions where it said to not use animal fat, but my intention was to only use beef dripping.
Going to give it a go 😊
Question: how often do you change the fat? I’ve never owned a fryer before so a little clueless!

@@KirstySayles so far, I've not completely replaced it. I filter the oil after its cooled slightly using coffee filter papers and kitchen roll. I've never had any problems with the beef dripping in my fryer, don't worry about it 👍🏻 just be careful if filtering/changing the oil as it'll obviously have to be warm/hot to still be in liquid form.
Cleaning the bits/fat residue is really easy with kitchen roll and a plastic scraper, much easier than with seed oils. Thanks for watching and commenting, let me know how you get on 👍🏻

@@trooperwolfie thank you for your response that’s really helpful! We had our first go at chips and they were delightful.
Once the fat has been filtered can you just leave in the fryer for next time or does it have to be stored in another way?

      @@KirstySayles no worries 👍🏻
I leave my fat in the fryer, it solidifies overnight, but it melts quickly when re heated, I melt it on low heat first then turn up the heating to what's needed once the fat is liquid.
