Watch wave 1 sealed booster boxes go thru the roof. Especially if the reprint of the booster box is different than wave 1. Example if wave 2 has a white bottom compared to the current black bottom of the booster itself. It happend with one piece and this fetches a price premium. Good luck to your channel man
I hope there will be no differences at all. We don't need additional modes of scarcity/speculation like in One Piece. Thanks for the kind words about the channel!
I think that's why it's in waves. The first wave is the normal print run, and then subsequent wave(s?) will be the additional printings. Also thanks for watching!
Nice! Let me know if it actually comes in. I've heard from my UK contact that a lot of people opened up orders when Europe still had plenty of product, but it suddenly was all stopped (probably due to redistribution of product to America for the 3 boxes a month). Hope it comes!
I think the new paradigm for TCGs is to be "print to demand", get a lot of players, and let the collector piece follow. I expect FFG to look at how Lorcana is doing and follow that rather than the smaller MTG nostalgic games (FAB & Sorcery). Unfortunately the Alpha/Beta/Unlimited formula just doesn't really work.
Don’t be discouraged from the collector side. By that time there will be new sets, and ideally more players, so cards will increase but so will the amount of people needing them
I’m here to play first not collect. As a new player it’s very frustrating to see people hoarding and scalping and just buying and selling cards to make a quick buck rather than actually playing, helping grow the community. Reprints should happen as it could turn off new TCG players who are just here to have fun if they don’t.
@@MrFrickenAwesome1 man, people make too much fuss over that. It’s a CCG. Collector card game, trading card game. Collect, trade, and play. Like how many cards do you need for your deck that you think someone is literally hoarding as a the sole reason they aren’t available? Whether someone else is collecting the cards or playing the cards, those specific cards are in someone else’s hands and not yours. If nobody was collecting them and more people were playing the game, all these cards would still be getting hoarded. Plus people like me simply don’t have time to go down to the LCS and play so collecting and trading is how we get our fix. So yea, no one cares if you’re sour about collectors being collectors.
@@silaswendt1867We agree on this. Plus, more decks will probably be considered viable with time, so cards that are now underutilised/not sought after will also go up in value.
Just get the game pieces to the players! The game is good and needs product to continue to get more people in

will the reprinted be exactly the same as the original or a slight differentiation
Sucks it will be that long. I'm a bit surprised they are able to adjust set two. I figured it would be done and on its way here.

I still have my Europe Amazon order coming of 12 boxes

terrible news, they should not reprint set one at all at this point, can allow it to become alpha/beta of its kind
