november 9 literally is my fav book ever. the storyline is so good and it leaves u on the edge and i cried so much so I deffo recommend reading it RIGHT NOW!!

Don't feel like a failure! You can start a new habit whenever!!! I started journaling and mediating (not everyday but I try!). What I do is a stack my previous habits! So when I make coffee in the morning I know it's time to journal and meditate. ❤ Hope this helps someone!!!

When i lived in Spain (Canary Islands) I remember some businesses had a shelf with books you could take one and or leave one or both and they were all over the place and some books had traveled like that from other places in Europe too, I always thought that was such a great idea maybe there's something similar where you could donate them. or a second hand book store.
I am a competitive swimmer and have been since I was 8, it helps a ton with my mental health and my physical health. Swimming overall is a wonderful way to move your body with a very low risk of injuring yourself and for a lot of people it's calming and helps them cope with whatever they're going through. Even lap swimming is a really good option. Idk, just thought I'd share. :)

i loved how you pushed trough the lazy day and decided to do something good with it. Also the book haul so good! maybe what you like about not using a tripod is that you can grab the camera more easily with vlogging. In the tripod is less movable.

Honestly watch Dawn on The Minimal Mom and how she deals with sensitive gift clutter❣, it's kind of like marie kondo-ing it, thank it and your mom for the thought that counts but donating it to a library, school, etc. It's a better feeling than just throwing it out and you've said your gratitudes to it, you've spoken your desires to family and if they gift it and you donate it, it's useful to someone.
Not sure what you use to listen to music but I know on Spotify when I find a song I really like you can go to the songs radio and it’s basically a playlist that’s songs of a similar vibe and that’s how I find all my new fav songs!
I rlly recommend the book “the book thief’ it’s super popular especially on tiktok. It’s the most well written book i’ve read in years or even ever. sits set in Nazi Germany and is extremely emotional .
