I converted back in June, and only just memorised sura fatiha, and did hear a difference between the 2 you recited. My husband bless him is very patient, a wonderful teacher and I surprised him when he came back from work and recited from memory. I hope my pronounciation will come in time. Inshallah.

My Lord agreed with me in three things: -1. I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), I wish we took the station of Abraham as our praying place (for some of our prayers). So came the Divine Inspiration: And take you (people) the station of Abraham as a place of prayer (for some of your prayers e.g. two rak`at of Tawaf of Ka`ba)". (2.125) -2. And as regards the (verse of) the veiling of the women, I said, 'O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I wish you ordered your wives to cover themselves from the men because good and bad ones talk to them.' So the verse of the veiling of the women was revealed. -3. Once the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) made a united front against the Prophet (ﷺ) and I said to them, 'It may be if he (the Prophet) divorced you, (all) that his Lord (Allah) will give him instead of you wives better than you.' So this verse (the same as I had said) was revealed." (66.5).

What I meant is I was a convert for example and learning how to pray and making it a habit and being consistent keeps me in rememberance of Allah no matter why I am or what I’m doing just doing wudu and dropping on my knees to praise the most high. Once I started doing that everyday It made me build a relationship with God I praise him because he’s majestic and a loving perfect amazing God a merciful God I don’t praise him to gain things from it or for myself I praise him for gratitude God knows what we neeed. After I started doing salat everyday I slowly started reading Quran after salat, I started loving praying. And when I stopped and missed my prayers I started getting away from God I don’t know how what I’m saying is selfish I’m like the most selfless person I know lol. Salamalaykum

As soon as he said "Is that going to be beneficial to someone" Clearly he doesnt understand that very basic first chapter of the Quran which is repeated at least 17 times a day. We get and recieve knowledge from Allah in the Quran and the Sunnah of Muhammed (saw) the Last and Final Messenger from Allah to all of humanity. my brother who wrote the hadiths, it wasn't the sahaba's, it was the 3rd/4th generation of muslims ie Bukhari, which by the way wasn't his name, they named him after the place where he was born and taught, bukhara, real name Mohammed Ismail Ibraheem.
If the sahaba's that accompanied the beloved prophet pbuh would have had the hadiths as a direct source and documented, then there would have been no need for the great scholars bukahri muslim dawud tirmidhi compiling hadiths. Do you get what I am saying.
Bukhari like the other hadith writers had to scour through 100's of thousands of narrations and in bukhari's case he extracted only under 8000 hadiths. That's just over 1%.
Even these hadiths have been infiltrated by mischief makers that has nothing to do with the great scholar responsible. They have been added after is the only explanation.
So if Bukhari extracted 1% of 500,000 + narrations and was so diligent in not taking everything at face value then who are we, to stand by every hadith when there are those that contradict each other and the HOLY QUR'AN, the MIGHTY QUR'AN can never have a contradiction therefore the only answer is the hadiths have been breached.
If I am wrong please correct me, because I ain't above anyone, I am truly here to protect the honour of our dear beloved prophet pbuh and his kin, and if I have misunderstood anything then I don't want to waste my time looking like a fool.

my brother who wrote the hadiths, it wasn't the sahaba's, it was the 3rd/4th generation of muslims ie Bukhari, which by the way wasn't his name, they named him after the place where he was born and taught, bukhara, real name Mohammed Ismail Ibraheem.
If the sahaba's that accompanied the beloved prophet pbuh would have had the hadiths as a direct source and documented, then there would have been no need for the great scholars bukahri muslim dawud tirmidhi compiling hadiths. Do you get what I am saying.
Bukhari like the other hadith writers had to scour through 100's of thousands of narrations and in bukhari's case he extracted only under 8000 hadiths. That's just over 1%.
Even these hadiths have been infiltrated by mischief makers that has nothing to do with the great scholar responsible. They have been added after is the only explanation.
So if Bukhari extracted 1% of 500,000 + narrations and was so diligent in not taking everything at face value then who are we, to stand by every hadith when there are those that contradict each other and the HOLY QUR'AN, the MIGHTY QUR'AN can never have a contradiction therefore the only answer is the hadiths have been breached.
If I am wrong please correct me, because I ain't above anyone, I am truly here to protect the honour of our dear beloved prophet pbuh and his kin, and if I have misunderstood anything then I don't want to waste my time looking like a fool.

Any sahih hadith has been rigourously authenticated and has multiple strong chains. They are not doubtful. You are reffering to daif or weak hadith which aren't used for rulings and such. For many ayat the prophet has clarified and instucted the people wiht regards to it so the Quran can't be properly followed without the Quran. In the Quran it is said the message is sent by a messenger, great in example. In a Sahih (Authentic Hadith) our mother Aisha describes the prophet as a walking Quran. Last thing is that if you deny hadith you claim the sahahba and the great scholars after them are wrong fro preserving the hadith but also for making judgement by them when both myself and you yourself aren't nearly as knowledgable. May Allah forgive us both if we said something untrue and guide us both.

If we went by the hadith rejector narrative, they would tell you its "common sense", no its not. Because the word used in Arabic is very vague and has a broad range of meaning, from a tap in the shoulder to punching someone in the face. Without the Sunnah, IE. EXPLANATION OF THE MESSAGE BY THE MESSANGER, people would just interpret this according to their whims, so in the standard of hadith rejectors, if someone physically abuses their wives, they cant prove them wrong, because they simply have no ground to stand on. But Alhamdulilah, Ahlul Sunnah wa Jammah have clearly explained what this verse means, as the ahadith of the noble Prophet and the companions tell us, this merely means a light tap with something like your handkerchief, sleeve of your garment etc. which should also avoid the face. In the situation where you see the wife is being disobedient like harming your child, doing immodest things etc., and the scholars have explained, if you think it wont serve a purpose, then you dont need to bother and just start to consider divorce).

@East african 123 in Surah al Nisa, the Qur'an mentions to discipline/strike your wives if they are extremely disobedient. The Sunnah teaches us what this means, and it prevents others to interpret this as wife abuse.
Their response to all of this is it’s up to each individual to interpret it themselves and put their best effort and Allah will be the judge. See how their response can easily lead one to not submitting to anything bc they can interpret Salat to be saying “allahuakbar” and that’s it. There is literally hadiths that contradicts the Quran that are found in the so called authentic bukhari. It is literally the sense of humor of God that he put a chapter called explained in detail.
This is a very sad debate, too much dismissal and towards the end aggression in Hijabs approach… he didn’t even let the brother state his full claim. The mission should always be to convey truth with compassion so that listener can understand and gain wisdom. The best way for people to hear you is to listen to them in full then deliver your message in a way that they will understand. Calling people names is a form of Judgement and what does the Quran say about that.

I’m asking this because Hijab said that if a person doesn’t follow the Hadith’s they are not Muslims. A Muslim is someone who submits to the one God, a monotheist.
Hijab is spreading dislike and division instead of trying to bring unity between people who want to have sincere relationships with Allah. I could understand if this was a debate between monotheists, poltergeists and devil worshippers but it’s not.
On judgement day everyone will be judged according to their personal relationship with God ( prayer life), how they treated others ( Orphans, charity etc) and the level of righteousness that they uphold. One’s ability to judge and criticise others will not help anyone.
The key is to bring people to the truth in a compassionate way. Shaytan is always waiting for those he can corrupt at any moment of weakness and when Hijab starting telling people not to marry ‘their wives’ with passion he was corrupted as both the Hadiths and Quran do not support this. Muhammad, peace be upon him, mission was to convert people from polytheism to monotheism, from pagan worship to worshipping the one God who created all things. So how does this debate fit into the message and lessons of the Quran.
Both sides are brothers with different perspectives.. the question should be .. what are your ultimate goals , what are you trying to achieve with you relationship with Allah and how does your lifestyle reflect that?..
This will lead to a great compassionate discussion where people strive to please Allah not compete with each others Egos.

Also, I think Hijab misrepresents the Quranist view here. The Quranist does not believe that the original Quran has been lost to distortion, only that there are distorted versions of the Quran out there, but that the original still exists too. The verse in the Quran says that the Quran will be preserved. All that is required for this verse to be true is that at least the one original Quran stays in existence today. Of course it’s still possible for somebody to publish a distorted version of the Quran. But the verse doesn’t say that it’s not possible to come up with a distorted version of the Quran.
The translations themselves are different but the original codex Arabic is still there and is still the same despite different marks and script.
plus in the AYA ; the preservation is for Zhikr. we have several Quran , we can read it in differents whay but the meaning is one and they are completing each others also the differences between theme are no significants. @@pranav5183HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA that's why it's the same scholars who were the ones who memorized and preserved the Qur'an, u Hadith-Rejectors can't even memorize Surah Al-Fatiha and supposedly follow a book that was preserved by the scholars of the Sunna of Muhammad (SAW), u Hadith-Rejectors did nothing to preserve the Qur'an, and also u can't answer any of the questions someone has when reading Qur'an verses, nor is the Story of Muhammad (SAW) in the Qur'an to be found anywhere.
Could anyone give me some useful Islamic websites for studying the Quran etc.
If you see one of them, Simply ask him, does he pray? If he answered, ask him how did he define the rak'ahs and the method of worship?
