STUDENT VISA DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MALTA
A valid Passport.
Two recent 2 x 2 passport photographs.
Proof of acceptance by the university or educational institution.
Proof of Sufficient Funds such as most recent bank statement or international credit card statement.
Malta Visa Application Form duly filled in.
What is the process of Malta student visa?
The letter must show the amounts paid and detail the course you are taking in Malta for more than 3 months; Financial proof to stay in Malta. You must prove that the student has enough money for the full period of the stay. The amount to be shown must correspond to 75% of Malta's minimum wage for each month of stay

Hello. Do you know if I can apply for a visa using the basic Maltese language course? It is offered online but the university said they can give me any documents and sign any forms that the visa might need. The course is 6 months and it costs 120€ at the University of Malta so I’m a bit worried that the embassy might think it’s not worth it to study in Malta.
