everything you shared is absolutely correct👍. However many , who are aware this, still wont practice or apply on a regular basis ..2ndly, ego...its a top issue for many to even admit that they are cause to a certain issue thats haunting and causing to take grudge against in order to overcome the grief and start practicing these!

As a English auther narrates there is only 2 emotions fear nd love
Bheethi nd Preethi
Ego, jealous or all negative emotions ere kids of bheethi.
We shd dig how this nature i watered to grow. If it's now hurting we shd start to practice opposite of it.
Sometime what we do is to fulfil our this negative emotions thurst we use our loved ones..sometime it's our hubby or wife . Secondly kids. Then parents. So we start to say there is no happiness, he/she/they is not. correct. But that perfection actually we need in ourselves but ego is not allowing it.
This is what I understand in regular family life
