I'm sure every generation says this but watching forwards like:
Fevola, Gherig, J Brown, Pavlich, Lloyd, Franklin, Mooney, Hall in the early 2000s to 2010 were in my opinion the best era of forwards.
Lol Mooney? Cost cats the 2008 grand final. Was very over rated
90s was way better

I still think he's been the best full forward in the last 10-15 years. He could have been better still if he had have kept his life together outside of footy and if Carlton were better at managing / supporting him.

He would have easily kicked a Ton + of goals if he played on with the Great Blues. We won tons of games because of Fev & we were finishing in the top 8 because of his consistency.
07,08,09 Fev qas a nightmare for even the best Fullback. Pure talent
If we had him now at his peak we would be tearing another AH in club's. The last great true full forward to play footy.

I remember that game against Essendon like it was yesterday me and my mate where sitting in forward pocket down by 48 point got up and was on our way out to leave then for some reason we turned around and sat back down. Lucky we did because it was the best game I've ever witnessed

The key highlight of Fev.
That was Akermanis’s favorite moment of fevola. Aker was pissed drunk after playing coins with Dale Morris and downed dozens of shots of vodka and after the game Aker showed up at the brownlow black out drunk and thanked god for Brendan Fevola.
Man I miss watching Fev put on a clinic weekly, greatest forward of the last 15 years
Nigel Smart and Dustin Fletcher are two of his direct opponents in these clips. Both multiple time All Australians and Premiership players. Yet Fev destroys em. Unbelievable talent
This guy was almost impossible to beat in a 1 on 1. What a legend.

As an Essendon fan, I really hate Carlton. But, I still remember being in the pub watching that Adelaide game and cheering on Carlton in the comeback
And as a Carlton fan I really hate Essendon. But not as much as I hate Richmond
As a Dockers fan I really like Carlton and I think Essendon is ok.
There was no better forward post 2000s than Fev, he does it all. He made players like Betts look average and Betts is considered one of the best forwards the game has seen.
