1.Pick a well defined time interval
2. Make a clarity/ determination.. Keep your priority only for the current activity
3. Dump thoughts which are ruminating and let go by Journaling and bringing conclusions
4. Start with a clear goal(like completing upto some point)
5. If you're getting different thoughts while doing write down those and say this isn't the time for these
6. Calm your mind( Meditation/long breaths 2-4/quick deep breath)
7.keep a timer (chrome extension)
8. Let go distractions and resume your current activity

Because smart phone has become the most important thing in our lives. people like spending most of their time on smart phones instead of talking to friends and family members.
Find some work or any leisure activity or anything as little as possible to do, for the sake of getting rid of ur loneliness. Or talk to anyone around u, go n meet ur friend, call any old friend, travel somewhere. The feeling of loneliness is fleeting and one can get it vanished if one make some effort.
We all know how to deal with it, but still want validation from others, who are able to make us understand deeper. Instead implementing those things in our lives that really work.

I've been meaning to ask you if you have any advice on how to maintain energy levels throughout the day. I usually wake up with high motivation and energy, but that quickly dissipates, and am unable to pull through the day as I'd hoped to. Even though I eat healthily (I'm a teetotaler), exercise, and meditate - I feel lazy and sleepy most of the day. How do I get around this? Thanks very much in advance!

One tip if it's possible: Start listening to Sandeep Maheshwari's Ashtawakra Geeta on CZcams. I have listened only once....that helped a lot really.
Sir, this is excellent and no doubt will help a lot of people like me. One thing I would like to share from my experience is sometimes i think i can do better by listening to some speech or even music and do my work, but more often I end up getting caught in the youtube swirl and lost my focus. So just from your experience is it possible for humans to listen to something and work effectively or it is just not possible? Thanks much for your videos !!

sir u have said about 25 to 30 minutes but this time hinders a person going in flow state.
normally i get warmup after 10 minutes of reading in 25 time bell rings and then again same procedure .leading to treating reading as a chore and not enjoyment
I think morning routine is the most effective way to concentrate
