They finally chilled a little on the random clips! 🙏🏽
Maybe because it’s a video on Chinese cuisine?

Shout out to Fung Bros for keeping it 100 for the culture. The one thing that pisses me off about most Chinese-Americans is that they think it's lame to speak Chinese or be seen/heard engaging in the culture of their families. Like Nelson said, Korean-Americans never pull that shit; they ALL know Korean and are proud of it. It's sad to see my own demographic try to distance themselves from being Chinese in favor of purely Asian-American culture at best, and attempt to gain proximity to whiteness at worst.
Z Z some Malaysian and especially Singaporean Chinese are like that too.And it’s really sad to see especially the younger generation. But i’m glad there are still a lot that speak the language and even dialects and i kinda feel like the situation here is also not as serious as it is in America? But yeah. Shout out to Fung Bros!
Korean love
Watched five minutes of this video and set Google maps to You Kitchen...I cannot wait to go back. Every dish was delicious! Thank you for opening my eyes to such a gem.
WOW! Your descriptive introduction to each food item is EXCELLENT! Kudos and thank you so much! The late LA-based food critic Jonathan Gold loved "jiu cai he zi 韮菜盒子" and called it a savory Chinese hand-pie.
Dumplings, one of the best food created
Agree... Hey there I'm a new youtuber btw
@@Rimasyamlan Hi and welcome to CZcams
@@Righteous1ist thank you
@@Rimasyamlan you are not new to CZcams lol
@@Righteous1ist i have this account since 2015 but i started my channel last month 😄
This is my favorite Fung bros. Funnlily enough You Kitcken is in the same mini mall as the original 101 Noodle Express! I choose You Kitchen!
this IS the new spot in Alhambra area for dumplings and noodles and stuff. Everything they serve is delicious food wise lol I wasn’t expect top notch drink from any Chinese restaurant anyway but if u passing by Alhambra area this is a MUST try for food!!!!! 面食 赞👍
Happy New Years; I know it's as if material is getting dry but I enjoy watching these food videos just for something to put on. I hope the algorithms work in your favor again and you guys can get the ball rolling again. Best wishes :)
Honestly you guys are probably my favorite content creators on YT! #fungbros
Really enjoy you guys trying traditional Chinese food and speaking Chinese. These are truly authentic, we do eat those. And happy new year~
This deserves WAYYYY more views. I had to work hard for the chef at the chinese restaurant i worked at to teach me how the tecniques and secrets. Great video Fung Bros
Happy new year and blessings😀 super hungry for dumplings now😋
Great video for the new year 😂
That was hilarious when David was singing The Middle! 😂
Honestly love all your food videos
Love this episode, especially the part you guys making dumplings!
Keep the mom and pop restaurants alive. Especially when they have good food. Support your community, while learning, tasting something new. Happy New Years, Lads!
I like the way she speaks Mandarin. She sounded so precise and accurate!
I grew up in Alhambra, but haven’t been back since I joined the U.S.Navy back in 1985. I visit the family who now live in OC, but the next time I visit I gotta visit Alhambra and try the eats out that way. Thanks for sharing!
You guys are doing a great job marketing traditional food to the masses. Keep it up. The traditional restaurants don’t need to change it up and make it cool or modern. You guys are making the connection and promotions the tradition. Good job.
I eat here 4 to 6 times a month! Thanks being so nice to Mary. Great food!
Dumplings for breakfast, lunch and dinnaaa😋
So I found y'all videos a few days ago. And all I can say is wow. Not only have y'all had me laughing from time to time, but from someone who went to culinary school, I really didn't know much about all the different Oriental cuisines. Other then the American style like more places in Oklahoma. Y'all have opened my eye to a number of cuisines I, just like most have, lumped in a small number of styles. So thank you guess for opening this Okie from Muskogee eyes. Keep doing what y'all are doing.
Thanks for this video!! I'm from Liaoning and live in LA. Can't wait to try the 韭菜盒子 and 饺子!
Awesome question, I think a little of both. Can’t hurt to keep the old traditions and give it a fresh environment.
You guys should meet up with youtuber "strictly dumpling" and do vid on dumplings. Lol...
Raymond Huang I watch Mikey’s vids all the time
YES YES YES YES
Mikey would be too cheesy for them. The dynamic would be an epic fail.
Mikey 🐐
YES I am an OG fan of him.
Culturally I feel that parents should be responsible for teaching the traditions, I am Mexican and was raised by my Chinese auntie and learned from a young age how to behave at meals, serving traditions, dumpling etiquette, chop stick etiquette and so on. restaurants are gathering places to perform traditions among others. Language should be taught for tradition and respect.
More Quality Content. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’m a big fan of You guys from Korea! I’m really looking forward to seeing a Korean food video. Please upload this
Certain Malaysian and especially Singaporean Chinese are like that too. They do know how to speak their own language (mandarin etc) but they just don’t wanna speak it, then they’d rather speak English to feel some type of a way. And this usually happens among the younger generation. It’s really sad to see sometimes. But i’m glad there are still a lot that speak the language and even their own dialects (canto, hakka etc.) But yeah. Big ups to Fung Bros for bringing this up.
You know what’s cool? Not caring about what’s cool - just caring about what’s good. That’s the coolest. That’s the best.
Its up to people to try places and foods out for themselves. Food and travel bloggers bring attention to a lot of places due to how accessible info from youtube and other social media outlets are. If i ever get the chance, i would love to try out that spot.
Happy new year
Great Video All Of It Looks So Delicious
I like how the shrimp was chopped instead of being completely blended up. Those dumplings looked amazing!!!
I've wanted to try dumplings
Your shirt! It’s The Killer!!!! (Starring Chow Yun-fat, directed by John Woo)
When I look at the issues in Korea and Japan, it's sometimes due to the gentrifying themselves to be more modern and western. There's nothing wrong with knowing tradition and teaching it to other. People need to have the courage to embrace who they are and not try to change it to fit into a society that will never actually appreciate it the way that it should be.
Love this new content
Wish the midwest had places like this! I've only found one place that serves AUTHENTIC chinese food and it's truly delicious!
Go Fung Bros! Another episode of Fun Bros food! Nelly was being real though. 😆🤘👊
I like the new +nelson videos. Cool
I trully enjoy this video style.
You guys made me cry and miss my mom.
Hello FB, thank you for this video for thought in Northern China food. My thought is this food is north of the GW and meant for warmth, filling and simple to eat. The food is made at home what you ate with families. The Mongolian Barbeque that made with each of our own sauce choice is also northern Chinese food. In NYC, there are a few family style entrees not hand food serving Dongbei. The small plates are an always to feel at home - the chives pocket and the beef rolls are a favorite. Best with no sauce sometimes especially breakfast. Elle for old faves are to be found
Im definitely gonna try this spot
Most excellent guys👍❤️
oh i have such a huge craving for dumplings now
Mary Shao makes my favorite dumplings! Great noodles too!
Prego and watching this...bad idea😭 lol
Definitely visiting when I go back home!
Im sold!
"Maybe cleaner" LOL!!!
Dongbei niu rou jiao zi was my favorite Chinese food besides jianbing. I could eat both every day ..very happily!
Dumplings look so good...
Bruh that sesame brown sugar pancake looks so bomb!! :D
Love the chow yun fat shirt from the movie the killer!
Thank You FUNG BROS! After this college application season I hate being a Chinese(discrimination from admission offices). But this place is really legit and feels like home. I don't feel like it needs to change cuz is pretty much the real deal. But maybe there are things that needs to adapt being in the mega city LA. Applying to UCLA UCI UCSB Pepperdine USC, definitely will check this place out once I enroll to one of these schools!
Love ❤️ you guys
You guys are so right, a lot of people at my school are always going to trendy spots with their friends and honestly, I think it’s to show off on Instagram. I don’t go out with my friends very often, but when I do, it has to be somewhere where the food is cheap and delicious 😂
i love dumplings!!!!!
i stroll by that plaza many times.. had always wonder about that place.. now i got strong confirmation to go this weekend.. lol
I love dumplingssss ! 🥟
I looooove dumplings 🥟😋 you guys should hook up with Mike Chen “Strictly Dumplings” and do a dumpling segment together. I think you guys bringing awareness to spots like this keeps the tradition alive. It’s the responsibility of the young generation to keep the traditions of our ancestors going. We should all take pride in our heritage.
Those dumplings look 💣
they look 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm taking my kids this weekend
Fun bros
I think the cool kids should be cool to try the traditional Chinese food.
A whooole lot of effort
You guys gotta try Qing Xiang Yuan Dumplings in chicago.
Dumplings are the best...and universal! And I’m proud to be Canto holla!
The lady's Dongbei accent just made me homesick. The pork&chive&shrimp dumpling has a special name in Dongbei, which is San Xian(三鲜) = Three Fresh/Umami.
My favorite you eating very delicious dumpling 🥟
I would like to try dumplings now that I've watched this video.
I don't know if restaurant actually used German sauerkraut, but Dongbei has our own "sauerkraut", it tastes a little bit different than the German one, and use Napa cabbage (a.k.a. Chinese cabbage). We make those EVERY winter.
Bros, head to the places famous for Polish perogis from food channels. Their version of dumplings. Love to hear your take on it.
That shirt with Chow Yun Fat is awesome
Craving dumplings like🤤🤤🤤
LMAO they sell the big mouth pocket @ Mandarin Bistro in Newbury Park/Thousand Oaks, CA in LA Area
delicious😍
I suggest Shanghai Duplings in Chinatown, New York. It was amazing.
All the Dongbei people, please stand up!
WHOEVER RECOMMENDED THIS TO THE FUNG BROS. I LIKE YOU!!!!!!!! I LOVE DUMPINGS, MY FAVORITE!!!!! I am coming for you ❤️💯💕😂😀🙃😀✨
Try Sup Noodle Bar in Cerritos! Pho is delish and fried rice with the wings are bomb
Happy New year's amigos....😉👍😉👍😉👍😉👍😉🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻

Hi from Venezuela
greattttt foods... ugh i'm craving food in asia now LOL... i can't wait to go back to taiwan again next month for all of this!
That aunty is so sweet
How much did you guys charge You Kitchen to feature them? Get that New Year money!
What is the song they are playing it when they are making dumplings
Great video, as I remembered, mostly the Cantonese washes their chopsticks in hot water, for the rest of China, we don't normally do it.
Where did you get the T shirt of The Killer (directed by John Woo, starring Chow Yun-fat)?
I am Salvadoran American and I love dumplings 🥟 soo good 🍻
We r From TORONTO and we hit up the Classic spots in Chinatown late late night to get dimsum, beer and saki. BigCity BigMoves
Sick Chow Yun Fat shirt! 👍🏻✊🏽
What T-shirt are you guys wearing?
