After 1741 and later, alongside with partition of Poland the Prussian/German influences changed this the other way. Truly the XIX century was the next great growth of Wroclaw. The incoming industrial evolution and Prussian focus on this area speed up this process. Great city with great history. Worth to note all the great citizens of Wroclaw regardless of their nationality.

It was badly damaged during ww2. Lots of historical buildings simply vanished. A lot of the city was rebuilt by Poles which is good.
