@3:57 2019 Bred 11's still high size 12 goes for $470 and a Size 12 AJ 11 Concord is near $500 - In 2018 Concords sold out all over LA and never restocked in stores. They did restock online but it was mostly small sizes. Cool grey 11 size 12 now is $370, surprised because they were above $500 before 2021
The Jordan 11 Jubilee 25th Anniversary did sit and even was barely selling above retail but now in 2023 go for $370 plus fees. Space Jam 11, 72-10's, legend blues all sold out, and gamma 11's now go for $700 resell in size 12.
The only 11 that really sat for a minute was the varsity red 11 from 2022, now they sell easy for $280 - 300 in big sizes. This being a DMP anniversary with good insoles and quality leather, these in a year will overcome the weak economy & in a year they'll resell for $350 - that's my prediction but don't @ me

Only 2 or 3 pairs worth holding from this year? I can name at least 5 worth holding from this year… SB4, Yuto, April, Born N Raised, Jarritos. I can continue… WC3 (long hold), Thunders (long hold), Kobe’s (long hold), UNC toe (long hold), Black Toe OG lows (long hold). This is a great time to invest if you have the space and the capital. In my humble opinion at least.
And those are just Nike/Jordan. Other brands have been going nuts.
