As a og at 53 been wearing my Jay's since 1985 and I get my money out of them. I hoop, I hit the gym and I wear them all around. They're meant to be worn and enjoyed. Creases add character and shows that you wear and enjoy them. Great video and review!👍

I'm happy with my pair, no quality issues on my end. First pair of 11s I'm keeping, I always loved the Concords but I found that they age like milk. I think this pair answers all the concerns regarding material choices I've had with my favorite Jordan 11 of all time.
these 11’s are perfect, quality is great, milky bottom is so clean, people just looking for reasons to hate lol all patent leather sneakers are gonna crease.. if these were super limited people wouldn’t have all this hate for them

Creases are normal for the flex points, but the toe cap creasing and collapsing is not, especially for patent leather. That said, these shoes were only ever designed to be used for one game by MJ. After that, all his shoes looked well broken in and rough.

I love my pair personally! Really love the leather upper and happy that it was easy to purchase. The creasing doesn't bother me at all. It's just something that Ive let go years ago. Shoes are meant to be worn and these things are natural.

Man, I got my pair yesterday, ordered them off of GOAT app, and I love them. People are never EVER going to be satisfied. I’d imagine if these were VERY limited, people would be going crazy about them. If these were on 72-10 type stuff. People would never stop talking about how fire these shoes are

The patent leather is super thin compared to years past. It hasnt been this thin since the baron low 11s. You could wear the past few 11s and have 0 creasing cuz it was a thicker cut.
I agree even on the Cement grey 11 lows have a thicker cut of leather…..
I got outta the shoe game about 6 years ago. The price hike & overhype was too much but grabbin a pair of Christmas Jordan 11s reignited my inner sneakerhead

A DOPE review of the Air Jordan 11 Gratitude and I'm receiving mines on Monday and look forward to wearing them. I am in Las Vegas and can confirm the outlet niketown sold multiple size runs of gratitude 11s at retail. And a couple cool grey 11s at retail price as well. Love this sneaker purchased multiple pairs to wear. SNEAKERS ARE SUPPOSED TO CREASE

I too am OG, I got my 1st job at 16 to get the Jordan 3. I've been creasing ever since. Now at 52 I have so many J's that I rotate and keep clean, I also collect a few and have on display. I buy my shoes to wear, at $180 + you bet I plan to wear and I only buy what I like, what I will wear, not what's hyped and popular lol! I am loyal to Nike and Jordan brand. This is my take on this shoe I still have DS Concord 11s so I wasn’t hurting for these but I’m not mad at anyone that went after these they are straight flames 🔥 but that price tag was a stretch and that’s why these are sitting and doing what they’re doing now but if I can get these below retail I’ll pick them up when I can get them!💯

I copped a pair for myself and one for my wife, ours came with no issues at all. I prefer these over the concords because of the leather over the ballistic mesh for cleaning purposes. I’m not super pressed to keep ‘em perfect but if they happen to smudge or happen to stain, it’ll be easier to clean opposed to the mesh.

Thats one thing i've hated for yrs, sometimes the just quality isnt there. It sucks when you order online, because you cant see the pair your buying beforehand. I like to inspect all my sneakers!!

Love the video bro, I liked most how you threw in, if you have a regular sneaker you bought, wear them and enjoy them, more special sneakers youll wear them lightly, Loved that, me i personally wear all my sneakers lightly just to keep them crispy for as long as possible, but thats just me, lvoe the honesty love the video, keeping it real in the sneaker culture.
I think the issue is that there is no lining between the patent leather. On foot, you can tell the patent leather is thinner, and the lining just isn't there to reinforce the patent leather. The first 11s I have had show my toes completely, outlined when I wiggle them (if that makes sense).

I'm cool with creasing. My breds and concords have creasing. I love them.
I wore the Gratitudes 1 day and my shoes were creased as fuck. I returned them. They were comfortable. I loved em. but for $230 I would want them to hold up as well as the older pairs

I still have a couple of sneaker shields but do I use them as often as I used to? Not at all. I get wanting your shoes to look as pristine as possible but in the end, they are shoes and are meant to be worn. If folks don't want to see them get creased, double up on a pair. Speaking of which, I was able to cop a couple of pairs of the Gratitudes. Online raffles paid off, love it! Looking forward to the vid on the ensemble with these joints.
My 2018 Concords still crispy so I passed on these….but they clean tho!!

I feel like in the past few years 11’s run smaller. Last pair that fit me true to size were the Concords. Every 11 since I needed to go up a half size. Anyone else notice this?

Can anyone tell me if on a grade school pair size 4.5 of 2018 Concord is it in fact carbon fiber and HARD? Or is it actually flexible since it’s a kids size?

I don’t mind creases at all I wear all of my J’s but there is a noticeable difference with the leather look at your gratitude patent leather versus your cherries 11s. The gratitude patent leather is significantly thinner.
As a person who has had to wear patent leather everyday for work. The material creases. And the shoes I wore had thicker leather and was made to be worn, marched in and beat into the ground. They crease after 1-2 days regardless.
What’s that clear bag you stored them in ?
one of my laces was about 10-15 cm shorter than the other - lucky these sat hard in AUS, was able to return and order a new pair (quality TBC)
I wore mine immediately after getting them early too. I also wear my kicks into the ground when I get them because I don’t care about creases.
That said, I did notice that these creased a bit more than a shoe normally would out the box for me.
How did you tear your patella?
Minor QC issues on my pair, but since I am wearing the f out of them now, I don't really care. Don't care about the creases as well. 😂

My 2018 concords I copped a size up and they still haven’t creased.. I had to put an extra insole in them to keep my foot from jumping around but yeah I’d say buy a size up.. I copped 7 pairs btw

I wear a size 8 my Jordan never get a crease it’s only the big sizes that crease up bad
Mine are absolutely amazing not a single flaw on them. I absolutely love them I got super blessed to got the last 11/5 😊
I keep the paper stuffing that came with the shoes inside after each wear and don't have an issue with creasing. Plus I rotate out the ones I wear so I'm not in the same pair too frequently. But at the end of the day, just wear the damn shoes and be happy.

They sold out in my town in the central valley CA. Im happy to have gotten a pair on line. I dont have the concords but these will do. Im collecting these, if i want to wear them, ill look into buying another pair cause i know theyll crease.
These are an absolute homerun. First time I've ever bought Js and for a split second, I thought about not wearing them. They're that nice. I got them for retail on release day sneakers app I wasn’t going to pay resale even though the prices aren’t super crazy yet
Yeah they did sell out but it took almost two hours. I got on at 10:30 and could still get my size 8 1/2 but I only want the Concords or the Cherry’s when they release again so I passed.
These 11s were made for hoopin!!! That leather is soft and they feel great on feet!
I received my pair yesterday (I’m in the Uk) was worried about the shape of patent leather on the toe but no problems I prefer the mesh as I have a pair of cherry reds but I can see the gratitude lasting longer & being easier to clean. There’s a lot of stock they even have them on JD sports over here.

Not all 11 crease my cherry 11 haven’t creased but my gratitude 11 creased first day but I still love them and you can’t notice the crease because when your walking your not looking down

dude sometimes people even wear the wrong size and those kinds of pairs get messed up quick. I normally like wearing 9.5 but on some of these Js I can get away with 9 and not like my toes touch the end of the shoes but they're fitting like a glove and I swear that it helps with the creasing.
