Hey! I’m Amalia- I’m a qualified physiotherapist, horsemanship coach, life-long horse lover, multi-discipline equestrian rider, and host of the Horsemanship Breakthroughs Podcast.

I've been doing this for 2 weeks or so now and I must say my posture has improved a bit. My hips have more strength, my hands + legs are a bit stiller, definitely recommend this!
