this has been a tough winter for our club, with lots of snow, ice and mud and no closed arena, we couldn’t exactly ride much. i went riding a few days ago after like a month of no riding, and boy am i sore. this is the exact video i need!

I started riding again after a huge 10-year break, being 20 kgs more and less fit. I have started consistently working out so I can ride better, as I feel unable to properly use my lower legs, which are really wobbly while riding :') I really liked your workout, thank you! It is also easy to progressively overload, making these exercises more difficult by adding weighs or elevation.
I will try this when I start riding again. And your bangs are so cute!

Great video! I recently broke my L3 and L4 in a fall off my horse and I’ve been looking for exercises now that I’m mobile again but not back to riding. So glad I found your CZcams channel
You can ride again now? I injured my L5 l6 a few years back so wondering if I can ride horses or no
@@zf1670 yes I broken the transverse process so it wasn’t as bad of an injury as it could have been. I started riding again about 8 weeks after the injury.

This Monday I have a all day lesson it's from 8am to 9pm I'm so excited for it at 8am is chores then at 10 o'clock we have Western writing then we switch over to English wriding

i ride and i’m also a gym rat and i gotta say, i love the way you explain why and which muscles you exercise and how they apply while horse riding!
your routine seems simple yet effective and easy for beginners, therefore reducing any risks of hurting yourself. i would maybe add 1 or 2 more glute and inner thigh focused exercises. but congratulations , helps a lot!!

im 9 yr old and MY SHOULDERS WERE HURTING I COULD DO IT IT WAS 4KG MY POOR HANDS good thing that some of them were easy to do

What can you do if you don’t own a dumbbell?
I suggest using a heavy object such as a rock or just even using your arms just do a lot more of that exercise, such as 10x the amount
me over here not doing the first parts bc i have no whights so i do the panks and every thing else till i hurt lol jk i only did this for 20 sec lol
