I spent a day listening. The next day a fiiine older guy stopped me on my walk. He couldnt stop telling me how beautiful I am. I realize, what I tell myself...I will start to beleive as well as others..INSIDE AND OUT.

This works magic! The other day I woke up feeling just right. It was weird. I was so refreshed after playing these affirmations and I felt good....almost perfect. And today I took cute selfies, sat under a tree, wrote and for a moment I felt perfect, one with nature. Like my whole being was PERFECT. And as I walked back home I felt confident, as beautiful as a super model, laughing to myself just because I felt that beautiful.When I thought of Gigi Hadid, I didnt compare us, I was literally like "im as beautiful as her, in a different light."
Your affirmations help me so much Jess, thank you! The other day I woke up im the middle of the night and hugged myself back to sleep, aware of all my limbs' bones and I felt love radiating from them. It was blissful.Which btw is an affirmation in your self love affirmation video: "I am grateful for my bones."
Here's what ive been doing in the past week and will be doing for 60 days for ultimate self love and confidence.
Every night for 8 hours and maybe two hours as I do hw I play four of her affirmation videos at once. It still works, I just cant conciously hear the words all the way.
I play the You Are Beauty, the Self Love, The Confidence and the I am Beauty (I couldnt decide which beauty vid was better.)

@@afsana753 Im not sure if it physically changes your appearance but it has been crucial in boosting my confidence and self-image, which I honestly think is key to appearing beautiful to others! Beauty has less to do with physical form but rather the energy you give off🥰Love yourself and be kind to your mind every day and it will change the way others view you. I promise its a real thing!
Very relaxing and works like a charm! Used this on a walk and started to notice my environment as more and more beautiful. I walked into things I hadn't noticed before; a house covered with blossoming fuchsia flowers, a royal blue velvet chair left outside, I noticed others for their own beauty or quirks. Negative thoughts eroded away. I began to straighten my back, with my head up, and I felt like I was walking on air! I hope everyone finds their inner beauty! It is safe to be beautiful!

It’s hard when you’re trying to undo the damage caused by other people. Ive been in relationships and had friends who have told me horrible things about myself. I’ve even had men in the street make fun of me. I’ve been meditating every night this week and it seems to be bringing up memories that I had almost forgotten. Those memories have made me feel worse.
This is part of the healing process. If you can imagine that your brain has had a certain set of thoughts/memories settled there for so long and now you are shaking them up. You are unsettling them, you are sorting through the negative thoughts and releasing them. You are replacing them with new, positive thoughts. This is part of healing process and necessary to reprogram your mind for the better. It is therefore very normal for some negative memories/thoughts/feelings to come up as you release them. This is so powerful and beautiful. I’ve changed the way I walk. I have a better posture. I walk with my head up and my body feels more energetic. I grew up with an abusive father that would call me a POS everyday of my life. He would tell my mother in front of me that I was stupid and I would never mount to anything in life and she allowed it because she was a victim too. With the years and prayers I have forgiven him and even learned to love him. But self love is something I still have so much work to do. I’m grateful for my husband that has been a huge support in my life telling me everyday how beautiful I am and how smart. Unfortunately for years I’ve been rejecting his words the moment he said them. Now I understand that it’s ok to accept his words and enjoy them because I’m worth it of them. I’ve always believed I was ugly since I was eleven. Back then, I had braces and thick ass glasses on. I smiled like a weirdo in a yearbook and everyone told me I was ugly. I couldn’t help myself to feel that way either. I’m sixteen now, someday I started looking back at my old photos and realized I NEVER looked bad at all. It was just my mindset that made me believe I was ugly all along. Enough is enough. I’m gonna be that bad bitch I’ve always dreamed of.

@@Ilivethelifeilove yess I really want to.. but I have no conditions or situations to escape.. he is a covert narcissist. I tried to prove him and I was back in full trap now. Even though I'm trying to escape, everyone around me are controlling me to stay with him as he is wonderful person for everyone. Only I know what he is behind the doors. He abuses me phycologically,verbally,sexually and emotionally. No one really cares. I couldn't even find and afford a therapist who deals with covert narcissist abuse victim in my country. So I'm trying to heal myself by affirmations every day. Only few friends are helping me 😞😭😢

I've been listening to this for a few days now, and my mom, who never really complimented me on my appearance before (or commented in general) called me beautiful twice (literally only since I've started listening to this). so it works :) but my inner beliefs about myself/my confidence haven't really changed in a noticeable way yet. I know it'll change though if I keep trying. thank you 🌹

Many kids made fun of me and i cried alot everyday. I definitely dont listen to the full 8 hour when i sleep because the earphones get out 😂 sometimes even when i stretch and do light exercises and to feel every word she says. believe me this works so much. I asked my mom is there something different about me physically and she says "yes!!! You are changing so fast!!! What is happening?.. youre growing i guess????" And everyday my family and even strangers sometimes tell me how beautiful i look. I have no idea what's happening. My family never gave me compliments before. I literally say NEVER :(. They knew and i knew how i looked like. And now they just stare at me and wonder what is happening. Like im glowing or smth!!!!

I always felt that life isn’t real sometimes because our souls are really what’s real that’s why “ghost” come to play . We are living the human experience I like it but it’s stressful and hurts how we treat eachother and how we think of ourselves

I was in love or at least thought I was with someone who was very toxic and had a girlfriend the entire time... I knew he did. Anyways I knew I didn’t love myself enough because over and over I would find myself crawling back to him after I would “end” things. Any who tonight we had been txting all night, explicitly and all and I felt oddly silly about the whole thing like out of no where or well after or acting all these self love things I realized that this is not for me and simply sent him a kind message about never speaking to him again. I think he felt the authenticity of this one because he was genuinely surprised. I surprise myself sometimes we all just have to take it one step at a time. Anyways that’s my silly testimony (: let’s all do better if not for the sake of the world but the sake of ourselves

Jess, thank you for this amazing night Affirmation, I needed this one, I am working on my self concept. I am nearing retiring and reality is kicking in, the finances, me being single, moving to another country to be with my daughter and her husband and grandson who lives on a farm. Blah blah blah 😂 I am a athlete, I gym, ride bicycle, swim, run, do circus class ( arial) yoga, zumba, Acro Yoga and now started rock climbing. I am with my daughter on holiday now and realizing all the changes is scaring me, I am asking you and this awesome community to ask the universe for clarity on what I should do for my happiness, our journeys as single parents have not always been easy (I am looking for words as words are so powerful). ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sending love to you all😘

This is so precious.. I have been listening this two days in a row at night.. I heard the voice and right away I felt so calm, it is like you are on your mom’s arm and she is singing a very soothing songs. First day I felt so different and I was self doubting omg why I’m so happy and my body felt lifted, I was like ok may be my mensuration period hormone is reacting but guess it was not. Next day again I listen then I’m like that’s it this is making me feel so different happy strong calm.
