    Just lower your seat down and never put it back cost you nothing I swear 😂 jkjk great video. I love that the guy doesn’t act like he’s a pro and just knows everything. Just a simple fella that is trying to help others. Got a subscriber bud. Keep it up!

    You don’t have to lift the seat bottom. You only had to do that the first time to be able to reach behind to release the latch. After that, just grab the release handle to unlatch the seat back. And for those that say what’s the point. If you don’t have a sub back there, there is a lot of space. I put a 178 piece socket set back there and other stuff.

    You can do this for a dime, open the compartment, wrap a 9” wire tie on the release post, where the bracket he shows would attach. tighten so it sticks above seat back and close it up.

    Very easy mod. After watching your vid I was able to do this in less than 5 minutes. I turned my loop the other way so the natural curve fell over the top of the seat. Anyway, thanks.

    Or drill a hole in that pin and loop some parachord through the hole. Cost...$0.34 vs whatever that adapter costs.

    Works like a Charm and Fits like a Glove. I used this same “mod” on my 2014 Raptor and it worked well. You do have to kinda slam it shut to make it latch. I will do doing the same mod on my 2020 Raptor as well. I was looking for a video like this to see if it still worked the same.

    i used para cord tied to a key chain ring that i hooked to the release latch by drilling a small hole. works great, but this looks nicer. would have went this way if i knew it was there.

      @drowssapma Před rokem

      I did the exact same thing. Yeah, this looks better, but functionality it isn't better. You have way more options with the paracord. I wrapped it around the headrest so I didn't have to fish for the cord.
