Dan you will be happy to know your test drives an cruising in your cool cars Never gets old! Over 2 years later you and dani are doing great, another garage! More garages and driveways the better! I am glad I found your channel!
I know you won't see this comment, but your buddy Ray's 55 @11.30 just made me do it. I'm real old school, his and my 56 back in the day had a 4 spd hooked to a built 350 4 bolt main, big cam, headers, 411 rear and came with the same exhaust sound and you just can't beat that tune when going thru the gears vs automatic...near brought tears to my eyes. Anyhow, I really like everything you do and love your style. PS I noted when you got plated your exhaust exited before the rear wheels. Here in CT USA we couldn't get it through by law, it must go over the axle and to the bumper. AFTER inspection it got righteous. Merry Christmas/Happy New Year.
Your channel is "Video Crack"❗I start watching in the evening and the next thing I know, the damn sun is coming up. I have to adjust my sleep cycle. 🤘👍✌️😂🇺🇸
haha thats the best compliment ive ever had!
The 55 is almost done. Another great video 👍
That’s why I got a haircut way back in the 90’s. My hair got caught in the creeper wheels. Life has been better ever since. Not sure if it had anything to do with the hair tho.
haha noted!
You are making great progress! Keep it up! Your buddy's 55 is great too.
Nice to see 2 cool 55s
DD Nice job and what you’re doing keep up the good work you amaze me and what you do in that little garage PS I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for 55 I was born in 55 so I should take care junkman do
Thanks man! If we had better weather I wouldn't even need a garage haha
Was trapped for a half hour ,with hair in the creeper ,feel for ya bro !keep up the awsome videos
Thanks man! I know the creeper pain haha
This is my favourite video, everything your doing relates to my Chevy build, old 55 more door converted to 2 door TLB style gasser 👍only difference is I’m a coffin dodging pensioner slow as f**k 😕
Keep up the great work,oh and your buddy’s Chevy looks the business and runs real sweet, just love a four speed😍 Chevy .
Haha glad you like it my friend. You gotta get some motivation and finish that sucker. They look so cool when they're done!
Been stuck between tandem axles on a truck before, hair wrapped up. Thanks to the makers of multitools!! Looking good, down to shitwork, takes time. Keep on keeping on!!
Thanks man!
As always good job! Can't wait to see her on the road.
That evap system is for open exhaust only. The one way valves clog up and backpressure blows out all your seals in the engine.
WOW THIS CAR IS CLEAN UNDERNEATH!!!
She is coming together fast ! When I read the title for this video I thpught you were ready for test drive but it wont be long now !!! Hi to Miss DD shes looking great too !
It's almost there!
Your 55 is looking great. A suggestion which may be obvious, To keep your hair from getting caught in the creeper, get it cut. LOL
Haha no way man!
Great job love the Videos !

I've watched his videos on youtube! Badass!!! cool to see the car from the outside :)
Yeah its a bad ass car.
I wouldn't run the evac u pan on a street machine - they only make enough vacuum at wide open throttle at high rpm to draw anything out of the crankcase. just run the mopar style breathers you bought with no hoses on them - they don't drip like the open bottom breathers. I would run a PCV to one of the carbs, and you can put the valve in the valley part of the tunnel ram.
I dont want to disrespect you cause i think you are doing a good job on the cars. But your woman is a doll. Omg shes hotter than a set of big block headers. Absolutely gorgeous. Im not sorry for saying so.
Awesome 👍🏾👍🏾 be great when you're one is done 😁
I can't wait after that ride
Excellent build!! How excited are you for the first shake-down cruise? I can hardly wait myself.
Thanks man! I'm stoked
Those header evacuation systems don't work good unless you have straight through exhaust, any back pressure won't let them pull vacuum
Unfortunately I have to say some things. 1 nice car.2 gassers have straight axle front suspension
Did your buddy have that evac system on his 55 look like it did .I had that on with muffler an it blew dipstick out .just wondering how it was working for him .thanks for the video 👍👍
I dunno, I think hes happy with it though.
It works well and draws decent vacuum even at idle. I think alot of it has to do with getting the angle of the tube just right on the header.
Did you use 2 door glass for the back window ? Great work !
yup
👍👌😎SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEET
I can't remember ..Did you use the nickel-copper line for the brakes and fuel? If so what did you think of it?
Yup that's all I used in the whole car. Super easy to bend but I don't know how it does long term.
It's my personal opinion but, Big Blocks Rule.!!!👍✌
totally agree!
Put the wheels on the ground and those issues might go away??
Its jacked up on the axle so it's basically at ride height
DUDE! You missed a really great opportunity to make a cheesy "HOSER" joke right there at the front!
haha
Looks like it will be ready to take around the block soon! You mentioned you only had two vacuum sources off the Holleys which I assume are the small nipples on the primary metering blocks. Don't they also have the large vacuum fitting in the baseplates?
Nope just the 2 ported ones. I may have to drill and tap a hole in a runner.
Just get carb spacer with vacuum port
Like watching CZcams
Where's straight axle?
Not putting one in
If it starts.... hahahaha
It's a highly tuned machined!
Forget the cars whats up with the girl😉
Shes a fixer upper. high miles haha
