My addiction and why I'm quitting social Media.

- Gi guys. so I have become full blown addicted to social media, so I am quitting social media. To better my life and to solely focus on #selfcare, #selflove, and #selfimprovement, this is what's best for me. I will keeping my CZcams channel and will continue to post here, and for now, will be keeping my IG vintage shop page @Stars over trees creations.

I hear you- do what you need to do to heal. What can be used for bad can be used for good.
We all need connections, so make sure you keep your close connections somehow. I have a FB page with zero friends- I follow groups that give me peace and teach me. After my dogs passed, dog grieving sites and podcasts have helped me. Wishing you peace ❤

That’s true 👍🏼💫💫💫💫 I deleted Instagram Facebook .. I think that social networks aspire your souls into the void without much interest just ego ego ego , My experience enlightened me on my humble opinion -)) Social networks are a form of decay. As we grow, by integrating more and more into society, by immersing ourselves in the virtual world, we move away from our deep self to let ourselves be defined by comparison to others and are looking for recognition it’s so sad , Social networks are not the remedy for social divide, the more you use it, the more you feel alone…I prefer my solitary walks in nature to achieve peace of mind. Social networks raise, like autobiography, like any endeavour to stage the self, Moreover, people who have experienced the alienating side of such addiction and inauthenticity sometimes pause social networks, a kind of detoxification, to find themselves in themselves it’s just my opinion thanks for share actually I think social network it’s an illusion technological blessings 💫😘💫🌹
