Gotta side with Laurie on the snazzy round. A record player house is the most snazzy house that I can think of existing. Adam buying snazzy cave painting over that blew my mind.

7 months latter, but this was exactly my thought. Like immediately understood where Laurie was coming from.
The cave painting excuse felt like such a long shot.
Complete agreement. There are two things I associate with being snazzy: second place is a snazzy dresser, and first is snazzy music and things related to music, like records or dancing.
I can't believe they bought Rosie's explanation on that round! Well done her, I guess...😂
@@taylordawe713 the thing with the cave was that I could see some logic to it, the scissors could have been for cutting cloth used to make clothes, so I wasn’t as dismissive as the rest….. until Rosie said to ignore the scissors and look at the cave, then I was suspicious. She was very lucky that Laurie's clues were abstract

Poor Laurie. He has the snazziest card there and is made to justify himself. How Rosie pulled that off was unreal.
The biggest problem was, that he literally switched from Rosie to Adam xD That just looked like an admission of guilt xD
I would have gone for Rosie, as it was way too obvious ... but after that, I would have gone for Laurie, as I thought he was broken xD

A record playing house is literally the most snazzy of all the cards. It was obviously Rosie. A cave is not snazzy by anyone's definition. That record playing house would be called snazzy by 20% of passersby.

@@Mr_Leo_DS She did however play the tower card second when she knew it was HEIGHTS and played her interpretation of vertigo card first. So her logic wasn’t always straightforward.

The problem is Rosie is always on a different brainwave from everyone else so you can never really tell if she’s being honest
In social deduction games, Sully has a very unfortunate tell. He turns into a bloody tomato every time he's lying.

Even though I lost that round, I'm sorry Adam but British people saying "Aw, isn't that nice" sarcastically is 1000% a thing, to the point that people joke about not being able to say things like "Isn't that nice" without accidentally sounding sarcastic 😂

I adore how this game is simultaneously whimsical as heck and also makes every single player look like they're out of their mind. It's just such wonderful chaos.

I have to say the arts of this game is abstract enough that each of them could mean many different things.
Massive props to the artist(s).
Adam was acting like nobody else understood what "snazzy" meant. But I'd argue *Adam* was the one clueless on it, because pretty much everyone else made a pretty compelling case. Especially Laurie!

I like the idea that the conspirator is working with the clue giver
It feels like a much better mechanic than what dixit has where if everyone guesses your card you don’t get points as a clue giver
But doesnt that mechanic lead to the clue giver only giving the most general clues? Why wouldnt the clue giver say give the clue "things" all the time? Then there would be no way for the group to guess the conspirator. Feels like an inherent design flaw to me or I overlook something.
I can't wait to watch Laurie slip further into madness. Lol. Just kiddin! This should be another good video with Boardgame Club!

The opening round of this and watching Adam become more and more confused is great. I love this series
Those look like the most 'satisfying to hold' cards I've ever seen
The back and forth between Adam and Blair is brilliant. When he asks if she's lying and Blair looks him square in the eye and says no, he just slams down the magnifying glass on her cards - it's like a mini rivalry there!
I'm surprised nobody mentioned Isa's cards in the first round were a carbon copy of Sully's. Red octopus -> red tentacles. Coach -> coach. But then, they immediately threw their magnifying glasses on her, maybe it was just that apparent.
“Snazzy - stylish and attractive”. It doesn’t have to be clothes. It could be decor. I reckon that house qualifies.
The feud between Sully and Rosie continues to bubble away, and I am so here for it

Sadly or pleasantly depending on how you look at it. Sarcastically say "oh isn't that nice" is very much a thing. Here in America a whole geographic region has a version of it known as "Bless your heart"
One of the best games ever. It goes out again and again with my group and we have a lot of memorable moments with it. Super high replayability, it never gets old, infinite laughs. Love it!
Sully had such a great justification for the spider and the knitting needles (but it might be a bit too American). The table cloth is checkered like a farmhouse tablecloth, the rooster weathervane is also very farmhouse. Therefore it is is obvious that the spider is Charlotte from "Charlotte's web" who famously listened to and mentored the barn animals (especially Wilbur).
Rosie makes me spit my tea laughing. Usually before she even talks. I just anticipate the hilarious bullshit she’s about to come up with.

I agree with Rosie that twin tornados are the stuff of legends. It’s like that double rainbow thing, but much more badass.

Wow, I was more convinced that Issa knew the Legendary word than Laurie, that was perfect cards picked and explained. Sully and Blair also good, It must have been either Rosie or Adam. Like the were not even close to anything. Adam for sure did not know what the words were, just look at the cards he picked. must have been 2 blanks. I am still not believing Adam knew the word even though they confirmed Issa was the blank..
No Adam's the conspiritor. the explanation and cards picked. Holy moly. This game is really cool, I thought in theory it would be much easier. But after watching how horrendous cards people pick even though they know the hint, this would be really hard.. Lovely.
