Take all parts off including cup wash with soap and water ... To sanitize... you boil all parts... Not the machine itself... Don't submerge the machine in water at all
Why mine not working even I plug it with my power bank, not even produce Mist, the indicator always red? Why, what the problem, please help me with the issue.
I have this nebulizer and I am concerned about the amount it leaks. Anyone have any experience with this issue? I love it but not if my medicine is dripping out of it. It seems to come from the sides and the bottom where the mouthpiece/mask connects.
Mine got leaks then its was grounded bunt or something we open saw wires got wet and already lose to its connection we went to technician to rewire it again and blocked the leakage its working now...but the mist is alright medium not like in this video
Thank you so much for this video. I have been looking for a portable battery powered nebulizer. I have purchased a few but the mist stream was so weak they didn’t help. I was able to locate the exact one you were using and purchased it.
@@sallyreff2574 I had the same problem. Took the top clear plastic part off and ran warm water over everything to clean it up. Might have had some debris on the mesh. I did not touch the mesh though because is fragile. Works now and hope that works for you😊
I just got mine and i had to watch the video to figure it all out but mine also keeps going off while it is plugged in, I have batteries I am gonna try as soon as they get charged.

It has to remain plugged in OR batteries, it doesn’t act as a charger. Hope that helps!

Mine lights up then flashes even if it's batteries or if it's connected to AC without batteries. It never produces mist

I finally got mine off... I did so by putting my thumb inside and not twisting with my hand but wiggling bk n forth while pulling on it

I found disassembling unit (Take top off ) and reinstall.
