18:42 - “It’s like Behemoth bro, like why the f**k is this necessary?” It’s actually not! As you break parts on Amatsu the lighting ult gets weaker and hits for fewer ticks-like hitting the DPS threshold for Alatreon or breaking Fatalis’ horns. It gets weak enough to heal through, or even ignore at full health and use as a damage window. To be honest, I suspect that it was originally designed without the great wirebugs, because they’re not necessary for anything at all-but they were scared of Escaton backlash over DPS checks again. Then, because the game rubs in your face that the great wirebugs should be used, people assumed that was the only way to deal with it… but you actually don’t need it at all.
@@AXIDIUS Same. Long live DPS checks! They should have at least removed it from the Hazard version… I mean it’s the hazard version! Since you have a group and you’re doing a challenge run of this anyway, maybe you guys can try no spiribirds + no great wirebugs XD
It JUST dawned on me after you guys made that joke @ 22:21 in the video: The Taco Bell Runs, the messed up rides, the delayed reactions... the signs were all there, we just didn't know how to read them lmfao
