Clyde's garden planner and square foot garden books are awesome!

I was excited to hear Joel speak a little on gardening! I’ve been gardening for many years & follow other gardeners, so this was pretty basic info- great for beginner gardeners.
Of all Joel’s books I’ve read, and all the CZcams videos he’s in with other homesteaders, this is the first he’s described a little about gardening. I know a few podcasts ago he mentioned his love of gardening. I hope there will be more to come!

Raised beds are great for us older gardeners like me. I put in the work to build my beds but they'll be here for me for many years. Enough to last me at least.

I LOVE MEAT! I enjoy hearing how Joel's livestock are naturally cared for. However, I can't raise livestock in town, so instead I have a large garden with some fruit trees. (Never use chemicals) This was enjoyable to hear. God bless you both.
