I will never understand how a CZcams video can explain concepts easier and simpler than my textbooks. Thanks for this! It helped me understand enzyme kinematics

I felt, for a minute, that you were looking through the camera and into my soul... it was powerful :) great video, cheers from Arizona!!!

I love your videos, but there are 4 types of inhibition tested. Why didnt you mention uncompetitive or mixed?

but why does km change? doesnt the active site change when non competitive inhibitor binds, hence decreasing affinity

Thanks for your sharing, sir. By the way, I have a question that wish you could clarify for me. Is it the Michaelis Menten Plot actually is a standard plot that can comparing with the certain enzyme that we want to study? And is it we could identify our inhibitor whether is competitive or non-competitive after plotting the graph? Thanks.

This is great. Our teaching systems don't understand how important is the repetition of concepts, and you really make it. Thanks very much sir!

I love the way you explain things! I'm frustrated that you did not explain these inhibitors with the Lineweaver-Burk Plots as well as the Michaelis-Menten plots.
