What a beautiful home. Thanks for sharing! The price makes perfect sense to me because of the location. It's surrounded by mature landscapes. You're paying for full grown trees! LoL!! The kitchen appliances are professional grade, Wolf/Sub-Zero is not for the faint at heart! The bathrooms all have tubs, the flooring and light fixtures are designer quality.The schools are top tier. Schools are the pulse of any neighborhood. It tells you what the adults are doing as well as the children. Also the house they torn down to build this one was probably minimum rage of 800K-900K. I only wish it already had a pool, but it would probably be 100K more asking price.
