That is one beautiful house.
Currently live in Florida and a gated community. I do have a pool which is a Freeform rock pool. The only one that uses it is the pool cleaning guy that comes once a week on Wednesdays. My next house won’t have a pool and it won’t be in Florida. It’s gotten very expensive to live in Florida now.this is a beautiful house. However, the ask is slightly a little bit too high. Unless the seller is willing to give up all the furniture in the fixtures.

Beautiful home but for the price it’s not worth it. The bedrooms are too small and looking at the homes nearby it’s definitely not worth the asking price.
The nearby homes are deceptively small but this is in fact a high value neighborhood. One street over looks much better.
How does this area compare to Milton?
Chastain Park is a fantastic area.
