- little something different today, figured I’d jump back to HS for a bit since I’ve been getting a few questions in DMs about the application process again from juniors or seniors. lmk if you have any questions or anything to add to anything I said below!

AP euro/world is important because of the knowledge you get.
It's important to know history (especially so we dont end up in situations like now in the colleges)
Good point
If you are thinking of an engineering major, AP Physics is a pretty useless course. Engineering degrees require calculus-based physics classes, so AP Physics 1 *Algebra Based* doesn’t help you in anyway other than introducing you to basic concepts. If your school offers it, try to take AP Physics C, a calculus-based physics AP class.
AP physics 1 was the only one my high school offered 😭😭😭
@@joeyk107 same lol. What living in a small town does to a fella.
I took APP1 this year but the alternative was chemistry honors which isn't even an AP and I haven't taken calc yet. I'd rather at least have another AP class lol
my school only has ap physics 1 😔
thank you this was such a helpful video!!
I don’t think AP World was useful to me in terms of my major or for college credit (I mostly took it because I wanted the AP credit for a required course that I need to graduate) but I think it’s an extremely useful and informative class, I learned a lot
Me, watching after I've graduated: 🤓🤓🤓
