Can you do a realtor video for a viewer who just won the lottery and is suddenly a millionaire out of nowhere and just totally spoil them with all of the great service and add-ons and options available to them, really spelling it out since they've never had that kind of luxury before?

As someone who lives literally minutes from Manalapan I was NOT expecting this. I always thought that star island in Miami was the most expensive neighborhood in the US. Manalapan is essentially like five square feet of beach in between Lake Worth and Boynton Beach, I didn’t even think there was enough land for it to be considered the most expensive neighborhood in the US. It’s also extremely close an area some people consider ghetto AF so the idea that out of all the bougie neighborhoods in the US, Manalapan is the bougiest is quite surprising. The Ritz even sold its Manalapan location to a different company because the area wasn’t “Ritzy” enough. The sunrises there are absolutely gorgeous, though. The new “homeowners” in this video should be quite pleased to see the sunrises at their new beach property.
You're always so good at these kind of videos Veda -- ever think of doing a "selling timeshares" one? Whether it's over the phone or an in-person presentation - seems like that could be fun. (I feel like I might've asked already but totally forgot what you had said 😁)
