Start at the bottom and work your way up for the foam and wash. You might want to turn the pressure up on your pressure washer and you get a lot more foam from this product
This trio is great matt i used this a month or so ago when it was first released. Does a great job.. One tip i will give you is that when you apply the products and when you rinse, always work from the bottom upwards and not the top down. This helps the foam work better as the product will the run over itself instead of keeping the dirt trapped under the foam. Also when you rinse, the water creates a surface for the foam to run over keeping it away from the paintwork and generally helps the product removal. It does state that on the autoglym instructions and is easy to overlook. I was trained by autoglym when i worked in PCV cleaning years ago and this was something they were very particular about. Hopefully this info will hepp you achieve the best results in your future tests and videos matt.. Its a very impressive series of products. Great video buddy👍
@@aitutorultron yes you can use a mitt on the polar wash stage, but dont use anything with the polar blast foam. The foam is designed to lift the grit and dirt away from the paintwork to protect against fine scratches and swirl marks.. the polar wash is designed to be aggitated as a second stage. The third being the polar seal.
Autoglym, why cant you spray whole car including all glass makes life esier..can you bring one out that you can spray all over..thats the only reason I went back and got refund on polar seal ..
Sorry, I’m a great fan of Autoglym products, but am using Polar Blast with my Karcher K4 and am very disappointed with the performance. I have even tried upping the concentration from the pack instructions, but it just doesn’t remove the dirt from my white metallic ID4.
With polar wash you're supposed to really use a mitt still, but I agree I've bought this system and its great. Further more it works very good on motorcycles although you do have to be careful with polar seal on the tyres.
As you did get the Polar Seal on the windscreen what was the effect afterwards? Does it make your wipers go a bit funny? I've been using the Polar Blast leaving it to dwell for 10 minutes and then using the washr mitt to remove and those results are quite good but in my experimentation using polar blast with a relatively dirty car it did nothing to remove dirt at all. This is on a daily driver car though with no level of waxing on or anything like that. I imagine the trio works really well on a car that's got quite well maintained body work and probably some residual wax or sealant. Your car looks well maintained and protected so maybe that helped. I'm going to get some Polar Wash to try as a second step next though.
Is your pressure washer blasting out water as well when you apply the foam, or is it off at the tap and the pressure washer just blasts out what is in the bottle attachment?
@matte neale, they say not to spray on windscreen, what happens if you do..and can you recommend something same process through foam canon..but you can spray on windscreen and all over to get hydrophobic matters
What is the low down on the Contamination mats in the Duel Chamber Wash buckets that are being pumped out for Father's Day. Any research on their effectiveness or should peeps stick with the standard grit gards?
@@Fortlox_ What I figure out that pre wash and second stage do not clean your car properly without contact. It might be that I missed to spray with power washer some areas but after rincing the car it still made my cloth dirty. which reached me that I need a contact wash for best results. But I completely understand you as well as my self I don't have drive way and I do my wash just on the street by the house. Which means I cant go in a full detailing. And just simple wash saves times at the end.
Thanks for the video. I've just bought the Polar collection from Halfords in a box set with 500ml per bottle. Looking forward to trying it. I need a degreaser and tyre brush to properly agitate and clean my tyres before dressing. Do you think the polar blast or polar wash could also be used as an effective tyre degreaser?
Im not 100% sure if polar blast or wash has any degreasing properties in it but i would assume that it does. Autoglym Magma works brilliantly on wheels and bodywork. Check out my most recent video 👍
Thanks Matt a great run through a massive time saver.

Got the same, but do use a wash mit wth polar wash as in Atul glym video use

Thanks for the tips mate ill use those techniques in future videos
can you give me dvise on usage please? you can use a mitt to aggitate dirt on the polar wash??

@4:36 Not an aggressive product, just highly concentrated 👍
Yeah i agree, my poor choice of words. Thankyou 😁

@@ChannelZAW You can spray on glass, it is only the windscreen we say to avoid, or just clean it after.
@@AutoglymUK how and with what do I need to clean it....when you spray to roof it naturally falls down the roof on windscreen
@@ChannelZAW An Autoglym glass cleaner will do it. Fast Glass, Car Glass Polish, Glass Spray any of those.

Cool video, thank you for the review!
He's an ambassador for you, ain't exactly gonna promote Bilt Hamber in the video !
Good video Matt
Thanks for doing that video, it's hoped me make mymind up what to buy. Cheer.
Nice motor, looks amazing, and those three products literally work magic on dirt and give a good end result!
Really great video Matt, well put together, first rate wash and a stunning motor.
Thats a damn nice machine mate..! Oh the AutoGlym stuff is good to.
Cool vid, weren’t sure bout which products to use, your vid has helped make my mind up what to buy. Beautiful car mate‼️

Love ❤️ the mini in back ground, good video too

Big fan of these products and the insta dry towel is amazingly good 😉👍
Thanks for ur advice regarding these products

It blasts water out at the same time to further dilute the mixture.

Second stage supposed to be contact wash
I know that but i dont contact wash anymore.

What makes mine easy to wash is the multiple coats of UHD wax. The dirt practically falls off

You'll probably need an APC( All purpose cleaner).
Gr8 vid thanx. One question, does your car have a ceramic coating❓If it does no wonder the dirt just fell off it.
Regards
Hi, no ceramic coating. Just Ultra HD wax
@@Fortlox_
Impressive stuff in that case. Nice car and amazing paint job.
Love that motor. Would you recommend using the polar range over a coat of Autoglym UHD wax?
Yes definitely. It will inevitably shorten the life of the UHD wax coat but thats just a good excuse to re-wax the car afterwards.
Matt Neale is it the polar blast and polar wash that shortens the life of the wax, or the polar seal?
It will be the polar blast and polar wash mainly.
Wow! I need this stuff! Awesome video man!
The link to the product is in the description 👌
Matt Neale already got it saved. Thanks
Is your car ceramic coated or what protection has you car got? Beautiful colour and car 🚗
The front end is wrapped with clear paint protection film to stop stone chips. The rest of the car is just polished and waxed
Need to get the autoglym gun nuts the difference like
Thanks man need to get some 👍
Bristol Boy - represent
You knows it 🤘
Are you using the karcher k2 do you find that it goes through product quite fast ?
Also do you apply any wax after ?
beautiful car mate
polar blast or polar wash??? i want one of the two
If youre only going to buy one get polar wash
Came a long way since Coombes buddy 🤘🏻
Thanks mate. Hopefully if i play my cards right it can go even further 😁
Matt Neale hell yea brother! Keep up the good work!
Freshly paint car, takes 4/5 hours to wash, then puts containers on freshly paint roof🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣MUPPET
Its a glass roof... MUPPET 👍
Matt Neale ignore him. what a d***head.
