WARRANTY CLAIM AT RE SERVICE CENTRES - WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT

Hello Everyone,
In this vlog I've spoken about my experience while claiming warranty for a malfunctioning speedo sensor at the service center. This was the third time I've claimed warranty for fixing an issue with my bike (RR Unit being the first two instances).
I've also spoken about my friend's warranty claim for replacing the speedo/rpm console entirely because of a faulty reset button.
Why isn't the process smooth....is it because of the brand itself or is there something more to it - that's what I've tried to answer in this video.
