What would you do if you were failed by such an examiner?
Generally, in every field, at your workplace someone tries to take advantages but if you know the law you can win.
At my workplace one of my co-workers asked for vacation 3 months ( to go to India with his wife and newborn baby also to baptize him). In this vacation it was included his parental leave. It was approved, he bought the tickets, all set but after a while our food manager told him that his vacation was canceled, he had only one month allowed. He didn't complain to the next person higher in position, he called Ministry of Labor and they told him that it's illegal. He talked to our Food Manager that what she's doing is illegal and after that he took his vacation back as it was at the beginning.
In this case, personally I will fill up a complaint.

I would advice that don't be fooled by all these media's and political news filled with lies hatred and misinformation based on few ASIAN immigrants (TO BE FRANK I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY FOREIGNER IN MY COUNTRY) this means racist will realise that i see only few Asians not all (the Asian we see in abroad is only 0.5-1 percentage) which means racist people should stop Beleiving useless media (with fake news, false information)who dint see the real life
Get a second opinion from someone more honest and get the police on her for being a swindler.
Racism should not at all be accepted anywhere but unfortunately it does exist!
Life lessons like these inspire people everyday!

Agree - Wow - Very handsome actor - he was in another clip. He was at a restaurant for a meeting. He was to buy the restaurant and the staff called the police. The man that he had the meeting with told the police Omg - Let him go you made a mistake.

I think you should mean extortion since Mildred is asking for a monetary value as a condition before she could give the immigrants a passing score.. as far as I know, bribery means the person deliberately offering monetary value in an attempt to either pass the exams or otherwise not have a case filed against him

Mr. Martinez was right - not only did she demand bribes but she was dishonest. She can't decide on who should be a citizen and who isn't.

This was a wonderful skit; the female giving the citizenship test is very attractive but, her character was full of distain for those trying to become citizens legally;. She was brutal. I knew the immigration officer was an under cover cop. The acting was superb as always and I love the new actors added in the skits from time to time. Jail time; a Lovely ending; for Ms. extortionist!
I liked the skit but can't imagine what really happens to someone unless you can prove the extortion.

This too happens in some of the medical universities of UKRAINE too...Some Indians gave reviews about it... Students bribe to pass exams.. but this is only harmful for them because they cannot become a Successful doctor

Does this happen always to those migrants who wanted to get a permanent citizenship? There would be a minority who are considering permanent foreign settlement as their dreams, but if this has happened for real, then how are they going to settle at foreign countries?
This was a one powerful story, and all the players did perform perfectly. The story was amazing bravo, gets 5 stars from me.

This channel gives the impression that the country in this video displaying such prejudice and immortality is America, however the actors in these roles have accents themselves. The writing is not always grammatically correct either. Letâs not forget that there is racism and corruption in every country and that racism is exercised by all races!!
Loool yh exactly but I think it's because the actors are Ukrainian. But I still don't understand why countries can't get teachers from English speaking countries to teach the youth. Like Scandinavians for example have little, if any accent. If they learn it from when they are young, they there would be no such thing as an accent. Just English.

I still remember hearing about when a test examiner for the Minneapolis Post Office took offence at how my dad looked. Part of our ancestry is from the Middle East. He after the test got a letter stating he got fired from the post office. And he didn't know why that letter came. It came clear when the examiner had died. They were clearing out her home. Turned over a piece of artwork that was on her walls. And found the acceptance letter that was supposed to have been mailed to him.
