Welp, by popular demand, it's finally here! The conclusion to the resignation trilogy!
This has to be by far the hardest script I've written yet. It took a while for me to settle on an idea, direction and tone for this conversation. I also had to try to accurately capture the characters (Odin in particular). Hopefully I did at least a decent job in matching their characters.
Also I made an alternate ending based on a suggestion from a comment in the last resignation. It's a bit fan-servicey so I made it an alternate ending.

I only wish Owain would have revealed his name at some point. It would have made Leo's "No, thank you Owain" more powerful
This was so good! Out of all the Awakening kids, I feel like Odin was the closest to his lord. Mostly because Leo, Niles, and Odin are just the best trio of friends in the game.
Love how "Such bonds are the true strength of this army" plays when Owain crys
I've always wanted to see Leo react to finding out that he's made a servant out of a foreign prince.

He just seems so hard to write for, bravo for pulling it off.
He is very hard to write for! And not just because of his word choice. But if you look in the right places, there are a lot of aspects to his character. But as far as word choice goes, a thesaurus is your best friend.

No, Anankos mentioned that he cannot tell them everything where they are because the curse would get him. It seems the curse is just permanently existing and thus would take anyone so long as they say it outside of Valla.

Hi! I just watched all of the Beyond Fates videos and thought they were amazing. You really nail all the characters' dialogue. :) Out of curiosity, if you're still making these videos, would you consider making ones where Odin, Selena, and Laslow say goodbye to their fellow retainers? It'd be interesting to learn how Niles, Beruka, and Peri would each react.

This was really good! But, if you don't mind, a small critique: Perhaps Odin could have revealed his true name to Leo at one point in their conversation? Just a suggestion, if you ever plan on touching up on this. That being said, I can't see why you wouldn't, simply because it's nearly flawless otherwise!

ChimC79 : SOL were sent to Nohr since they were looking for Corrin (whose name they didn't know) to serve as retainers who'd keep an eye on the child they had to watch over.
As for why those three, I don't know besides out-of-universe reasoning. Gerome, Kjelle, and Lucina would be more reasonable choices than an angry chick, a pervert, and a fantasy weeaboo.

Ok, this has been bothering me. Owain/Odin is royalty? Lissa was his mother and yes she was the youngest Princess of Ylisse, but since she never became queen, can her bloodline still be called royalty? Eventually, her bloodline would be quite distanced from the royal family right? So is Owain/Odin still royalty like a Prince? And what about Ophelia?
They are all of royal blood, but Odin/Owain is only next in line for it on his mother's side. Same goes for Ophelia, respectively.

She's the direct sister of Chrom, the exalt. She's royalty, like how Leo, Camilla, and Elise are all royalty however they're only half-siblings of Xander, the king.
You have to remember Odin grew up in a time where the royal family had to hide their heritage so he and Lucina didn't go around saying they were royal much to avoid being killed
