Not sure if you guys realized Jungkook is the youngest member of BTS. Right now the members are pursuing solo activities/music while the members complete their mandatory military service in South Korea (military service is mandatory for all able bodied men in South Korea for a minimum of 18 months). Jin and J-Hope of BTS are both currently serving in the Korean Army, the other 5 members will have to enlist and serve too. But the plan is for them to reunite in 2025 after their service is completed, so in case you were wondering no they did not break up. RM, Suga/Agust D, Jimin, and J-Hope have all released solo albums and Jin released a song called The Astronaut which he worked on with Coldplay before he enlisted.

The letter J is never silent in Korean. In fact, it's not really a J sound, but closer to CH. Think of it as halfway between the J in 'jump' and CH in 'change'. It will NEVER have a soft, buzzy Z or ZH sound. The letter Z doesn't even exist in the language.
The K at the end of a word in Korean is "clipped'. In English, the word "Kook" is actually pronounced as if it was spelled kook-h. We end a K sound with a tiny puff of air. Not in Korean. They end the sound without a breath, and to an untrained ear it almost sounds as if the k is not there, but it is. It's just "cut off' a bit. This happens only at the end of a word and if that word is the end of a sentence.

Not true. He explained it in the making video. He's trying to get his girlfriend's forgiveness after upsetting her in the restaurant. This theory that he's not there is one that a couple of filmmakers have suggested. But like all theories, it's just that. A theory. There is nothing wrong with interpreting it this way, of course. But other ideas are just as valid. That's how art works. It can have various meanings.
The funeral scene doesn't seem very fitting for this plot tho
