Kitchens are abysmally small and zero workspace. Beds are gigantic, but I need more counter space and large sink. We have them in US RVs.
Fridge is too small for anything other than 1 wkend,. Large 6-7 cubic foot fridge, and a large kitchen is what I need. Less lounge space, smaller bed.
I badly want the #4 Hymer van... Just amazing

While he does do good tours and lots of them, he is hardly pointing out any critical elements like battery, solar power, shortcomings, what was not included, etc. Trust your common sense. This is a house on wheels.

The problem with large over head window is the water from frost. It is also a waist of good storage space.
Why can't any RV company realize to paint the exterior with some other color than white or tan with stripes
Why can't they paint the exterior a solid color Red,Blue,Green or Black?
I think is because the white color reflects the light and the heat, in case you are in a hot weather or so. Black is horrible in this kind of weather.

white is a cheap standard design that wont stick out ... expedition vehicles usually come in beige, green, brown and black even though they're intended to be used in warmer climate. Also look at the Westfalia Columbus 601D...
I'm quite tired of the woodsy interiors. The only color is usually upholstery. Why not custom color or paintable surfaces?
You can paint them.
The minimal (if any) work surfaces in many motorhomes is, for us, a serious omission. It is no good if you have to cover the sink or cooker to make a work surface. Preparing vegetables you are likely to need a saucepan on the boil and a sink to wash them leaving you no work surface for preparation. No good at all. I don't understand why there is so little criticism of this design flaw. The only exception in this group was the Swift which had excellent work surfaces.
I would like to see a 2023 version of this. . . . . but on the other hand if we wanted to buy a 6 year old campervan it is useful information . . . . . .
We’re in 2018 and American motor homes still lagging far behind European models. Shame shame. Let’s step it up ppl. I would love to have one of these. 🚐

The Dinette becomes a full double bed, with each bench seat sliding forward to meet in the middle, and the the back rest cushions dropping into place to fill the gap, very conventional layout in UK caravans for decades, and one of the easier beds to make up
Westfalia should have won hands down ... All it needed to make it perfect was a VW badge ..

Big stove a waste of space in such a small vehicle, just needed a couple of burners and a convection microwave.
Some people like to cook though, especially with a full oven you can actually get things in, yes for some it might be a waste but you have options as to how you'd like to equip it I'm sure, take it your from the US where they have alot of convection Microwaves?
why do they assume people always have kids and why waste so much space with huge fixed rear beds. WINGGAM from Italy have cracked the bed situation with all models having roof fold downs giving so much more space. lots of people buy mobile homes as retirement choices and want to spend 6 8 or even 12 weeks away at a time, so where do you put your clothes. get rid of the things that look fancy and replace them with practicality. ROOF beds and places to put your clothes oh and I am single so why do I need 4 beds and I bet there are loads of single people and couples who would buy better designs if the option was available without screwing them on the price OBVIOUSLY

Adrian Shrubb Agree 100%. Why are concealed extending kitchen Worktops’s so rare ? Working at Dining table is not necessary.
Prefer the VW camper with an L shaped sofa!
